god-awful experience the car wasn’t even detailed and was dirty upon arrival. The two front tires were low. There was a chip in the windshield and the brakes were completely shot. I took it to a mechanic and they didn’t even wanna work on it because they said someone had just taken it for a joyride off Roading and that someone at Carvana just try to power wash it real quick to brush it off and said that the brakes are completely shot and definitely would not recommend me moving forward with the vehicle. Customer service was got awful for both silver rock and Carvana so I personally do not recommend this company based off of my personal experience.

Selling my car to Carvana was an easy experience. Carvana offered a fair price, efficient transfer, and prompt convenient payment. They initially indicated that they would pick up my vehicle, but in the end I had to drive to their location in a bordering state. I found that mentioning the vehicle would be picked up but upon completion of documents that I had to drive to their location misleading. That is the reason for my rating.

Disappointing customer support
I was attempting to purchase a car I have been looking for and started the process to purchase and to get my trade in car evaluated. It was hours until they responded and the car I wanted to purchase was gone by the time they replied. I had cash and was ready to make a purchase, very frustrating customer support.

As far as buying cars the offers are pretty good but I was going to trade my wife’s 2020 Lexus in for an older model and the price was 26k. Without even giving my SS they come up with an 18.5% APR that would have me paying a total of 47+k for a 26k car. I have 2 other vehicles I’m paying on now one with a 7.2% and the other with 8.15% APR at these rates I would never buy a car from them.

I don’t think selling a car can be any easier. It took less than 10 minutes once I arrived at my appointment. The prior paperwork was signed online and was very easy to do. My money was deposited in my bank the very next day. Overall a great experience.
Indifference glad it’s over
The company wasn’t great but good, here’s the following reasons/issues:
1) Although I accepted the offer, dealers and car companies like you all, the $$$ always in the favor of car companies not the customers
2) 99% of customers are taking a loss of $4000-$5000 when they sell their car
3) The Proof: whenever carvana resell or sell a car you they reapply the $$$$ this purchase of the car, put a bad taste in your mouth
4) I was expecting my car to be picked up and towed away by carvana on the same day not by an unknown third party company sometimes the following day bad business/experience - although it was your car
5) Please tell the customers upfront there’s an cost for transportation not in the middle of trying to sell a car
, customers should not eat that cost
6) I was very low balled with my truck which I’ve decided to keep it
Great experience start to finish
The experience from start to finish was excellent. I started online by inputting all my vehicle information. They provided a price that was very reasonable and several easy/clear next steps in advance of the appointment. The appointment was smooth as the Carvana representative was punctual, knowledgeable, polite. The entire process took 20 minutes and I received a text on uber ride back confirming the submission of their electronic payment for the agreed upon price. Wonderful experience from start to finish, thank you Carvana.

My experience with Carvana was better and smoother than expected. Everything was clearly explained and easy to understand. The offer for the car was considerably higher than any other offer. Isiah was very pleasant to deal with when he picked up the car. I would definitely recommend Carvana.

If I could put negative stars i would. Total waste of time. Made offer reduced offer. Had to make my 80 year old parents sign my phone again. Even though she had iPad, but could do nothing and was useless. The info on website and in person are totally different. The car would not start a second time so she back out of deal.what a total waste of time¡!!!!!!!

Very easy to navigate, great price and best part is they pick up the car!
Easy and fast process.
The process was a lot easier than expected. I love that I was able to get someone to come pick up my car. It took maybe 15 minutes at most for them to look over the car, make sure there was no mechanical issues and they offered me the full amount that was estimated when I filled out the questionnaire. I got paid the very next day.

Great Experience all around
This was the easiest sale I believe I have ever had. Went online and answered a couple questions and got the offer. Offer was competitive and online paperwork was quick and easy. They came and picked up the car, and I thought that this would be where they slow down, but I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman who came was early, professional and took care of his car review while I finished a business call. Once that was done, he loaded it up and sent payment. All together, he was here 15-30 minutes, no surprises and really smooth. Just a great, great experience.

Selling my vehicle to Carvana was an easy process. Everything was done online. I took the vehicle to the nearest location for turn-in. They did a quick inspection and my funds were in my account the same day. Once I arrived with the vehicle, the process took about 15 minutes. Easiest thing I think I have ever done.
