Mrs Roberts I am very disappointed with your response as we pride ourselves on our service. This is the true story of what happened, Rose came up to our shop to buy some original Epson cartridges, and said that she needed them as one was empty, and Epson themselves could not help her setting it up on her wifi until she fitted them, Rose asked us at the time if we could do it, and we said yes for a fixed fee of £30, the cash obviously is so that we are paid there and then.
This was accepted and I called out the same day to connect her printer to her router, as one of the cartridges in her machine was empty, I replaced them with the ones we supplied previously that day which is no problem, and then as requested connected up the printer wirelessly, I even showed her how to print an email and photos on her IPAD, on doing this I found that the black was not printing properly, Rose then discloses that she hasnt used the machine since lockdown ( Nigh on 2 years !!!), therefore the ink in the printhead has dried up, I even tried cleaning the head 3 times as well as changing the Black cartridge. I offered to take the machine away and do a chemical head clean, which would incur a further charge which Rose declined, however the job we were asked to do was done and on the same day Rose came into the shop, so I think it really unfair to blame us for this. AVOID this customer
