I ordered a specific blue paint and received black, I sent pics and evidence etc and they said they would replace it and to let them know how I got on.
I’ve never received the replacement and they don’t answer any emails and the phone number on their website is dud !!

I ordered Vauxhall Mokka Mamba Green Met Ggi/Ehu 2021-2021 Green Touch Up Paint. The paint looked too dark and the gloopy consistency and large brush made it tricky to apply and tedious to get rid of the excess. After several attempts using different thicknesses of undercoat (during which most of the clear-coat was removed), I concluded the colour was wrong. This was confirmed when I bought Citroen EHU from Vauxhall which was a perfect match. Very frustrating.

Received the touch up paint in good time. Before use I tested the paint on a card but it was much darker than the car.
I emailed Car Touchup Spray Paints for some advice and they asked for pictures and paint code and that was it. After several emails asking for an update I am still waiting for a reply.

Very poor service so I will source all paint locally in future.

The touch up paint I ordered was delivered well packaged and was the exact match for my car. I would buy from this company again.

There was a mistake in the mixing of the paint, contacted and they send one out straight away. Used it to spray my hinges and it came up a dream. Great customer service and quality paint.

Competitive prices and fast delivery. Had a slight issue with an item being left out of original delivery. Mistakes happen, its generally how they are dealt with that makes the difference. The small issue was sorted out very efficiently and promptly by Dylan. Would recommend.

The product itself quite simply could not be better. I am doing up a Kent Green Defender from 2000 and the match is perfect. I’m pretty much a novice with car spray paints but I cannot believe the results. I can’t see how it could be a better match. Shall definitely use again when needed. 5 stars.

Have used them twice now for small paint repairs, both times order received on time and as expected, and any queries have been answered swiftly.

Excellent service. Had a bit of an issue with the package not having my house number on but that could have been my fault. Was returned to sender but following a couple of emails paint was received. Great customer service in responding to emails.

Made an order for spray paint & lacquer last week (+- £20) rang the number (02889531126) in order to confirm & got a message telling me it’s a wrong number. Eventually got a package delivered BUT I ordered Ford desert island blue & received Toyota dark blue. Sent an email & got a prompt reply with an apology & the promise of a replacement can of the correct colour. I’ve Just received the correct colour paint & I am fully satisfied with the service

Ordered their most expensive option. Paint arrived but none of the other bits of the order so less than useless.
Emailed several times, tried to call but number is unrecognised. A CON. DO NOT USE THEM.
