There software works sometimes on very short videos (<1minute). But even then sometimes it locks up and your only choice is to start over. You can't do anything else because it may need lots of CPU or Memory. Results are nice, if you get there. Customer service once tried sending me a link for the latest version, but link failed. Since then, they never respond to emails.
I recently bought the Vcartoonizer version 1.4.3 and ever since I have been unable to convert my videos into any of the cartoon effect. I have emailed contact@cartoonizevideo at least twice but have received no response. I have tried their online free image apps and really enjoyed them, hence why I thought to patronize the video cartoon app. However, at the moment I am quite disappointed especially since I haven't received any email response. I would like for a representative to help and hopefully I can either get a refund or resolve the issue with the purchased app.
