Great customer service and program!
Great customer service! Had the chance of using the app for a little bit to try it and it works really well. I tried searching galaxy and app store to turn a few pictures into cartoons to no avail until I came across this colorinch program. It's very easy to turn a picture into cartoon style and you can also do some adjustments. I contacted customer service for help with billing and they are quick to respond. Will use this program again in the future!

We had a some challenges getting started from the account side, but once it got going, so far I love the product. It is helping me tweak technical diagrams so that I can use them for lesson plans, etc. without violating copywrite. Great servicing and thanks Peter. SO far so good.

Helped quickly when I needed
Not able to cancel the subscription due to not owning a PC anymore, I emailed them and they took take of the matter in a few hours. Lovely services ! Only reason I cancelled was due to not using the services anymore, otherwise great company !

Fixed a subscription issue no problem and very nice employees
Purchased a subscription so I could generate some images I wanted for my business, but the whole day I activated it, it wouldn't unlock the features when I signed in. I shot an email to the team and it was resolved immediately. Peter got back to me and was very polite and professional letting me know the issue was resolved. Their product works really well, I especially like their background remover.

Be carefull with colorcinch, they charged my card without my authorization. After i asked them they refund less than what i have been charged.

Hi Erhan, I'm sorry to hear that you aren't happy with our product but I must clarify that upon your subscription, you have acknowledged and agreed to our terms of service (https://www.cartoonize.net/terms/), and as part of those terms, it is stated that you grant us the authorization to charge you for renewals. As for the refund, due to the fact that we offer a free version/preview of Colorcinch to all users, we have a strict no-refund policy in place once you choose to upgrade. We do our best to communicate these terms all throughout our website as well as our pricing page (https://www.cartoonize.net/pricing/). However, since it is an annual subscription, we issued you a full refund minus the first month of your subscription immediately after your request. All in all, we're disappointed in your rating and do hope that we'll see you back again soon.
