Item arrived after over week or so, from Ireland, still the quality and price out weighed the time to deliver. Fits my Gti Golf fine.
A bit fidley to fit the cover locks, but managed in the end.
There is no added charges to the UK for delivery. I would happily reccommend this company, thanks.

Our Aqua Marina paddle board arrived on time and was perfect. It was a very good price too for a quality board. I researched boards for kids and this one came up high on the recommended list so I was chuffed to get it at a good price (30% lower than anywhere else). I think some of the problems people have with delivery is due more to Parcelforce which can be a nightmare compared to DHL or DPD. On this occasion it was fine.

This company (not registered at Companies House) pretends to be in the UK, then sends a dispatch notification from Ireland, meaning deliveries incur substantial customs fee's. I've been emailing carracks.co.uk since 12th August and get no reply at all. My order is sat with Parcelforce, who won't deliver unless I pay £83.

This shop saved me from a nightmare as was struggling to get roof bars elsewhere for my b-max these fit perfectly and was ready for my holiday

Ordered roof rack for my Yeti, ordering was simple and was delivered in a couple of days, recommended.

Item delivered ok, but when trying to fit to my car, one of the screws is faulty, so I cannot use it. The screw is a specialist left hand thread, not a standard screw I could pick up from anywhere. I contacted them and the initial reply was to request a photo of the faulty screw. Since then I've heard nothing and I'm left with a set of roof bars that I cannot use, despite chasing for a further reply from them. I ordered from Carracks UK, but it seems the company is actually Mick's Garage in Ireland, putting it in the EU. This wasn't made clear when placing the order and I'm sure will make it problematic and costly to return the order, if someone ever bothers to reply to resolve it.

Order delivered quickly and as stated online. Instructions a bit complicated, but assembled properly eventually and fit the car perfectly. 5/5

Avoid if UK based. Website claims this company is based in London, yet items are shipped from Ireland. 48hr delivery ended up been 4 days.

Excellent and efficient service. Quality product supplied. Slight issue with bolts missing for one section but contacted them and they sent them out special delivery immediately and I received them within 48hrs.

The roof rack for my citreon arrived on time and were packed well.
They came with easy to follow instructions and fitted perfectly. They go on and come off easily so I can remove them when not in use and they are great quality and value.

Bought a set of Nordrive areo bars and 2 Nordrive bike one bike racks.
Excellent options for my car and these suited both my budget and needs.
Dispatched promptly and delivered in a great time. Will now need another bike one bike rack as my son has outgrown his old bike that used to fit in the boot!

Avoid if living in the UK! This deceptive company might claim to be based in London but your order will be dispatched from IRELAND and will be subject to customs charges and VAT - which was not made clear at the point of sale. Trading Standards have been informed. Disgusted!

I ordered my roof rack because it was a really good, I was really happy with it, it is perfect for tiguan.

I ordered a car rack on-line for a Swedish registered car as I couldn't get one in the UK. It was very straightforward and it arrived safely. Whilst it took a bit longer to arrive than expected I received regular updates before it arrived which was reassuring.
I would use them again.
