BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY!! Company is a scam. Product stops working after a few months and customer service is highly unresponsive. They answer when they think you’re an interested customer and then ghost you once you reveal you’re having an issue with the product.
16 months experience with 2 cars. Unreliable product. Have two of these one in a Lexus and other in Acura. The Lexus version frequently rebooted for no reason and lost connectivity. During a 4 hour drive I had to stop/start car 5 times to reconnect the phone. Per support I swapped frequency used by device. It has reduced random reboot but still occurs while driving. On the Acura when I upgraded to latest iPhone it started to reboot as well. Support responds with cryptic delayed messages to upgrade OS that does not work. Now one box is unusable. Additional issues include the box failing to start at times, using WiFi to connect that drains phone battery and expensive installation. Not worth it. Was better with my old nav systems.
Ordered a 12“ screen for an audi, and recieved it in a timely manner. The parts listed on the first page of the manual was different. The instructions were decent.
The new dash does not fit. No matter how many different ways I adjusted or put it together. Even took it to a shop, and they were unable to get it to work. Let this company know, they did not help and laughed.
Backup camera does not work, and dashboard piece does not fit. Had to modify the harness to get sound. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend using this company.
