Great back up service!

I have been very happy with my Carpuride W702, but in the last few days it developed problems such as blotchy screen and dark fadded area on the right, plus it would lock up. Contacted Carpuride and they were quick to respond and sort my issue out by sending me out a new screen to repalce the faulty one. Was easy to replace as they sennt out a link with a video on how to change it over. The only issue was they forgot to tell me what the micro sd card was for when they sent out the new screen. Contacted them again and they said it was a firmware up date. So now all installed and working perfectly! Great service. I would buy Carpuride again! Oh and the W702, love it!!

Stopped working after a few days

I bought a Carpuride, it worked for less than two weeks and completely stopped. I emailed the company, they sent me a link to update the software. It expired before I could use it. I requested another and the file was corrupted. Waste of money.

Absolutely perfect

Bought a BMW r1200gsa lc on summer and my friends bought me a 702bs as a gift.
Product is fantastic. Works perfectly with my gs and I can use wonder wheel as well.
Android auto works with no problems and on top of that I have tons of info for my bike.
But the best thing for me since I work many years in the customer experience sector of a big company, is their amazing after sales support.
When I inserted my MicroSd card on 702bs I somehow lost the cover of the slot.
I texted the guys through WhatsApp and after almost 2 week I received not one but two covers together with extra screws.
Thank you very much Carpuride.com and very well done.
This how after sales support should be!!!!

Difficult & expensive returns policy

They seemingly offer great deals, but the challenge comes when it has to be returned back to them under their 30-day returns policy. It states you can return it within 30 days for whatever reason. But that's not entirely the whole story.

Essentially they tried to persuade me to keep it and they appear not to want it back because it has to be sent to China. They offered me $50 to keep it and told me to sell it second hand. I question why so many 'you tubers' are endorsing this product when they have "123", now 124, 1* reviews. They told me "Sorry, we do accept returns, but this requires shipping back to our factory in China, which can be expensive, with customs duties and the risk of loss during shipping. If you'd like to keep the product, we'd like to refund you $50, which you can resell or give as a gift to a friend or family member. Would you accept?"

I had to go back and challenge this and they said they would accept the returned item. Be aware this is your own cost of shipping back to China, which isn't cheap. I am now waiting for a refund.

Avoid... there are better units on the market and better companies to deal with.

Happy owner of a R1250GS and W502PRO

As an owner of a R1250GS, who has given up on the Navigator VI, I can confidently recommend the W502PRO. I gave this 5 stars, even though this model doesn’t integrate with BMW controls. It is just that much better, easier and safer to use. Having said that, now that the W702BS has been released, I will at some stage upgrade to that when finances allow.
I would suggest to anyone with a GS, buy the larger 702 model, because there is room and the 502 is just a little too small for my eyesight. Finally, I have communicated with the guys at Capuride a couple of times and they have been fantastic to deal with,

Great product and excellent customer…

Great product and excellent customer support.
I purchased a 702BS and have been very impressed with the device so far. Carpuride’s support has also been excellent- they’ve helped me through a minor issue and continue to update the device while support the customer base.

Buen producto, pero mejor aún servicio postventa

This is my second Carpuride. It works very well and provides good visibility on sunny days. It fits perfectly in the BMW cradle and is easy to assemble and disassemble. I really like this product, but the after-sales service is even better. I was surprised by how quickly they responded to my questions and how they solved problems. A 10/10 service. Thank you, Carpuride staff.

Best Carplay system I experienced so…

Best Carplay system I experienced so far. For real. I had a cheaper one before from another company and the touchscreen was not very responsive and the other car radio always had a speed-dependent buzzing in the loudspeakers that was very annoying.

The Carpurite has no hum at all, you don't even need an interference suppression filter for the audio connector (if you use one). It seems to me the engineers knew what they were doing when they developed the device.

The display is also good and responsive and in general everything works fluently as it should. Free speaker calls also work very well. I think it is worth the price.

Oh, and also, if you have questions, the service is fast and good.

NEVER BUY FROM CARPURIDE

I bought a W103 pro device about 3-4 months ago. Waited almost 12 days for delivery. All well pretty looking packed, but dont get fooled by the appearance.
I plugged it in my car, all worked no issues, then 15 minutes later the display turned off. I didn't understand what was going on, i pressed the power button, tried plugging out and in, tried different cable, nothing seems worked.
Contacted customer service right away, after couple days of back nd forth messaging, they agreed to replace the unit.
Again waited for almost 2 weeks, got the replacement installed it, all good, used it for about a month and half, all of a sudden, DEAD, again.
No display, no light, complete dead.
Contacted customer care, now they want me to send them both devices back to China in my own shipping cost, wait for them to repair it, and ship it back, so that I can use it again for maybe few weeks till it die again. Its going to take months for me to send the device, wait for the repair and the return delivery.
I paid almost $400 into such a defective, cheaply made device that died twice premature and they are asking me to trust them again.
What a ridiculous customer care and bunch of scam artists.

ALL THEY DO IS, OUTSOURCING THE DEVICE FROM A CHEAP CHINESE MANUFACTURING COMPANY, PUT THE BRAND NAME, MARKUP THE PRICE 5X, AND RESELL IT HOPE IT DOESNT DIE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

DO NOT TRUST THE FAKE VIDEOS IN YOUTUBE, they are all PAID.

Zero star

Zero star. The quality seems no good – check the ("zero-star") reviews before considering to order. Carpuride gives "30-Day Refunds Guarantee", as they write on their web. So we've asked for instructions how to return, as they write on their web as well. Waited for their, as they also write, "return approval via email"... They also wrote, that they do not like returns... After some mail-exchange we decided to send the device back, paid for the return, waited some time for the refund. At last it arrived, on July 3, save for the return costs.

Carpuride 103 pro

I got the 103 pro, the unit is working as expected.
There are areas that can be improved:
1. The holder is abit flimsy, can hear creeking noise when vehicle is moving.
2. The touchscreen is not very responsive, need to tap harder for it to respond.

Terrible customer service

They didn't ship for 5 days so I asked them to cancel the order. They asked if I was sure? Yes, I replied, I am sure please cancel. They ignored my request and shipped the product the next day.
