I had an advisor named Jordan, he was attentive always made sure I was in the know and made the whole process smooth! He was always available when needed and made sure I felt comfortable and secured with my new car! Couldn’t recommend enough thank you car plus!

From start to finish Freddie has been amazing. He explained everything in detail, and paid so much care and attention to my needs and what I was looking for. It gives so much peace of mind to know that he vetted the dealers of potential purchases, and even spoke at length to them regarding the correct checks etc. being carried out before I collect the car. Really can't recommend this company and Freddie enough.

Dylan was polite and helpful. There was a few teething issues but it got resolved. Overall it wasn’t an overly long process and despite there being a few issues with the dealership and communication between all parties I would use carplus again.

Terrible customer service I would not recommend this company what so ever lied to me the whole entire day about being in touch with Arnold Clark and told me I could collect my car yesterday which was a lie.
I Told them to cancel my finance told me they had well they hadn't. They have still taken the money and telling me they have had to phone my finance company for them to tell me they haven't cancelled it. It's not worth the stress. I will never use car plus again.

This company is great to deal with. The account manager Kam is amazing at his job. From start to finish he helped me through everything and always at the end of the phone. Everything I asked for he accommodated. Couldnt praise this guy/company enough!

I have now checked your reviews and whilst they are great, and having worked in a general public industry, your reviews are excessively good. As such, I do not believe the reviews are a true reflection, as comments have been made about your company removing negative comments, and if you are so busy and popular you would not be able to have the time to chase me within the timeframe that you have contacted me. You are coming across as desperate, and I will not be using you. The Negative reviews are more likely to be a reflection of your company where you will do everything to get the sale, but not do anything after the sale. So please do not contact me again.
