Hello. Order date is 13 Feb 2025 . When I send a request for the status of my order, some angry uncle answers me... that the purchase invoice stated that the ship would not be start manufacturing until a month after the order was placed... Another email says that the item will be shipped in a one weeks... First of all... I didn't receive any similar letter saying that the product is currently out of stock, that it will only be produced... after that.. it was not said that the product would be produced for several months, or maybe half a year...[ because two months have already passed since the order was placed ]... You might be making fun of me.? Maybe you take pleasure in humiliating me by doing this? Order numbe 50145 Order status - The order is in process... If I had known that I wouldn't receive the goods for several months... I wouldn't have made any purchase, any order... No one told me anywhere that the product would only be produced... It doesn't say that on any invoice... You will not receive the goods because we do not have them, they will be initially only being produced... Jokers...

Having used many bait boats over the years running an angling holiday business in france I have found varying levels of reliability.
I bought an RT4 and can honestly say it’s quality reliability and Carplounge’s after sales service for upgrades or just general assistance is superb
Would not buy anything else !

Visited carplounge uk .in basildon today. Had a appointment with rowan .so glad I did. He was so helpful. Done my upgrade (so no excuse not to catch lol) highly recommend this company and they wonderful product. 10/10 . Thank you again
