Carpet warehouse failed to send out my samples twice. Eventually recieved them two weeks after order and only one sample arrived, although I ordered two different ones. The sample for this flooring never arrived and they never bothered to disclose they weren't sending this one, even after all the communication I had with them during the painstaking back and forth emails just trying to get a sample! Completely put me off placing an order with them after the diabolical struggle I had just to samples!
