Who knew you could get turmeric stains out of a wool carpet? Reece used the advanced stain remover with UV light and it worked! Great service and a great result.

We have used Reece a number of times now. Our cream carpets were definitely in need of replacing until they were cleaned by Carpetbird, they came up like new and smelt amazing! Great company, always on time, communication great and Reece is very friendly!

Our once beautiful cream carpet was disgusting with general dirt build up and stains left from a recent builders visit. Jake managed to remove all stains and leave the carpet looking brand new again. Honestly thought I was going to have to buy a new carpet. Jake was extremely nice and easy to chat with.

I have used Carpet Bird to clean a quite vast carpeted area of the house plus few curtains. They have been very professionals and the work was carried out perfectly. Reece has been very kind and prompt to respond to any needs including coming back to remove a stain which wasn’t gone completely. He returned in less than 24 hrs from my call. I will definitely use them again!

Reece did a superb job cleaning our landing, stair, hall and living room carpets. They look amazing. Called Carpet Birds late afternoon following an accident at home which had left numerous spots of blood on a beige carpet. Reece fitted us in the following day and, to my complete astonishment, managed to get rid of the blood stains. I would highly recommend this company as they reacted quickly and solved a really big problem with no fuss. Incredibly grateful to them for the service.

Their service lived up to every one of those reviews and I was very pleased with the whole service - from booking the appointment (with text reminders!) through to final job. Got a quote back really quickly, and although it was late notice, Reece flexed his time as much as he could by keeping me updated on his availability.

After my first visit from Carpet Bird and with such amazing results in my home I recommended them to the owner of the Business I work at. The guys arrived on time and cleaned an old but valuable Sofa that was heavily stained and made it look like new. The results were incredible. I am now thinking what else I can have cleaned at work. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

I was so pleased with the customer service I received from Reece. He responded very quickly, gave me a quote over the phone, and sent me a gentle reminder to book via text (none of the other four companies I contacted did any of these things). He made the process so very easy.

Had the opportunity to meet the very pleasant and friendly Reece and Jake who came over for a carpet and curtain clean.

They were very honest and transparent about what they were going to do, what can / can’t be done to address expectations. They’re very thorough in their clean and definitely left the flat spotless and smelling fresh. Felt like brand new carpets. They were also great at giving post wash advice which was helpful.

They are very respectful of personal space - ie wearing shoe coverings on the clean areas and etc. above all they are very friendly and approachable which is sort of a rare find these days

Wow.. thank you Carpet Bird for such an amazing job!!! We were looking at replacing the whole of the downstairs carpet as we thought they were ruined but money is tight and we couldn’t afford to do so.. someone suggested a professional clean to tide us over until we could afford to replace.. but we no longer need to! The whole of the downstairs (cream!!) carpets came up as good as new, they’re spotless and as fluffy as they were when we bought them over 5 years ago. If you have kids and/or dogs I could not recommend Carpet Bird enough, I’ve since booked for them to return to do my sofas.. thank you again!
