Beautiful rugs, great customer experience
Beautiful rugs, quick delivery! Who could ask for more? I have ordered 2 rugs from carpet avenue and both have been lovely. One I actually sent back because the lighting in our room changed the color quite a bit, but the customer service was incredibly helpful to make that process simple and painless. The second rug arrived promptly and I absolutely love it. I am an interior designer and I am very picky about rugs, so I am so excited to have discovered CA!! Will certainly be ordering more for our new home!

The service was very good although delivery dates appear to differ possibly due to bank holidays.
Also had a mail saying that I need to pay import tax , although this may be a bogus mail as nothing had been mentioned about paying duty on this carpet ?.
Apart from that the carpet was delivered in good condition and I am happy with the quality .

Reply from Carpet Avenue
Dear Customer,
Thank you very much for your review and for your kind words regarding our service and the quality of the carpet. We are truly happy to hear that the carpet arrived safely and that you are satisfied with it.
Regarding the email about import taxes, we would like to clarify that Carpet Avenue is a German company and all carpets are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hamburg, Germany. Since your order was delivered within the EU, there are no customs duties or import taxes to be paid.
Unfortunately, the message you received was therefore a fraudulent scam email, and we sincerely apologize that this happened to you. Sadly, these types of phishing emails are becoming increasingly common and negatively affect many online customers and businesses alike. We are however very glad that you stayed cautious and did not proceed with the message.
We also apologize for any delivery delays caused by the recent bank holidays.
Should you ever have any questions or concerns in the future, you are always warmly welcome to contact our customer service team by email or phone and we will gladly assist you.
Thank you once again for your trust in Carpet Avenue, and we hope you will enjoy your carpet for many years to come.
Kind regards,
Carpet Avenue Customer Support
