Delivery was very quick, and all fits and looks well. Cargos are comfortable look well. Wish they had a back pocket though, but it’s not the end of the world.

Bought two pairs of joggers for my son and he loves them. The material feels nice and is good quality at a decent price. Only issue is the length, too long for 5'10" son. So will have to alter them. Reasonable delivery time considering it was around festive period.

Please avoid, spent £180 on their trousers, each Meduim was truly a size Small. I returned to their prompt emails about how to return, so I did. Then the problems begin, no confirmation for my returns, I tried emailing them every 2 days to understand what's going on and what's happening with my items which are mine because I've purchased them. No response. Absolutely shocking that they scam people in this way. Yes it is a scam, read the other reviews. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Amazing quality love the style and fitment

Absolutely disgraceful customer service - ordered two pairs of track pants and paid for delivery. The items were just chucked next to my door in what the royal mail courier thought was a 'safe place', parcel went missing and zero response from Jane who initially responded when I chased the order as it was well past the date expected from the delivery charge. 3 emails sent and not a single response - absolutely useless!

If I could give zero I would. I ordered a tracksuit before Christmas. I got an email saying it was dispatched but never received it. When I tracked it Royal Mail said they are still awaiting it from carpe OMNIA. Initially carpe OMNIA customer service replied to my enquiry. Once they knew my parcel was missing/not sent to me they ignored my emails. I have sent about 6? There is no contact number. I still don’t have my parcel, it’s been over a month and they are still not responding.The tracksuit was ordered 22nd of dec. It now seems to be in the sale so if it does finally arrive, I’m paying more for it. I think the website is a scam?

They don’t offer refunds for pretty much all the their stock and Tack bottoms had insanely long leg length on a small and medium,

Fast and easy

Waiting for 3 weeks on my order now dispite website showing 5-7 days delivery.

The tracking is showing the goods never left ireland while live in another country.

In the meantime i get email requesting to leave a review of the order i was suposed to receive.

I reached out to their customer service a number of times but am not getting any response.

Really good quality

I’d avoid these guys as refunds and responses don’t happen. It’s a real shame as the clothes look great, but there is zero customer service. I’ve been waiting for my refund for weeks since they confirmed they’d received returns and despite a number of emails chasing I’ve not received my £100 + back not had a single response from any one. Now I’m going to have to raise a dispute with my bank which is a massive inconvenience. Can’t really ever have confidence to ever buy again.

Sent item back and it was approved at there end, but still not recieved my refund and had no response after email them 4 times.

Would definitely not recommend ordering from this company. Shipping took almost 3 weeks to arrive when I had paid for 48 hour as they didn’t send my order out until I had emailed about it 18 days later. The order was a gift for someone and when they opened it, it unfortunately had stains all over the hoodie. I emailed about this with images and spoke to Jane who was very understanding and helpful for the most part. She offered me a gift card with a bonus and for me to return the items in which they will cover the shipping cost. They were very quick to reply to my emails however when it came to me asking how to return with them covering the shipping and how I can retrieve the gift card, I have had no response . In the past 9 days, I have sent 4 emails and have received nothing back. This is especially disappointing considering my order totalled at £90 and was a present, now meaning they have nothing and now no gift card.

Great products for a great price. Shipping always on time and never had any issue. I have bought from here many, many times.

Only reason for a 4 star is that every time i buy, i receive a message reading "We reward Loyalty ect". This would be great, as I'm a regular customer but it is never followed up. Just seems a bit disingenuous to be honest.

Brought a tracksuit on 21st December, still hasn't turned up. Customer Service are terrible not responding.. Avoid at all costs

I returned an order before Christmas.
Received an email om 31st December saying my return had been received but 4 emails later still no refund and no response to emails.
Very frustrating

I bought some track pants from here for my boyfriend for Christmas. I have sent them back to get a refund & recieved an email to say they have recieved them but still waiting on my refund 3+ weeks later! I’m am really unhappy as these we’re £50!

Good product and well packaged. Bought for a Christmas present and the recipient was very happy with it

Great customer service, the track pants I ordered are top quality the website was easy to use and quick delivery
Can’t fault the company at all will definitely buy from them again

Delivery a lot longer than expected ordered on a Monday paid for the 48hr and did not get product till Saturday. Customer service do not reply back when challenging them on their policy. Had to pay for returning a faulty product which they received but credit note took very long time to be emailed to me. Would prob avoid for the above reasons
