I placed my order on Monday evening, it was dispatched Tuesday and arrived beautifully packed on Wednesday. Absolutely brilliant service!!

Exceeded expectations, ordered in the afternoon and next day the item was delivered. The quality was amazing, and communication excellent.

The throw is nice and big, well made and a good weight. A great sale bargain.

My order came promptly and was of good quality. What particularly impressed me was that when I made contact because an item was missing I received an immediate apology and I received the missing item the following morning.

If I could give a zero I would - they claimed to have sent two items as ordered when only one arrived. They apparently managed to do a complete stock check to underpin their view within minutes. Crooks

I made my purchase and by the following day it arrived. Got myself some great things and great prices. Was all packaged really well. Unfortunately an item was broken. Messaged customer service and straight away the got back to me. Asked for replacement which they were more than happy to do. Didn't need to send broken one back. Arrived a day later. Fabulous service

I brought Advent calendars from the Carousel Shop. I first bought a couple for my grandchildren and then thought "It's Christmas" so I bought three more for my sons and daughter-in-law. I couldn't find the original order but Jack was very patient and helped me to find them. Really pleased with with the calendars and the kindness of Jack.

Bought two advent calendars from their adventcalendarshop.co.uk website.

Just received an email 3 days later to say my order is cancelled because they are "out of stock".

Their website said they were in stock at the time of purchase. They just cancelled my order without any contact or offer to help. Leaving me no time to get more calendars for my two 6 year olds in time for 1st of Dec.

Very Poor service. Won't be shopping with you again.

Incorrect item received. I contacted the accounts department to request a refund. Receiving no response after 5 days, I contacted Customer Services. Still waiting for a response. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Awful experience. One of the items arrived broken due to poor packaging. I filled the online form twice and tried to contact the shop several times but nobody answered. Not the best place to buy due to appalling customer services being non existent. So I now have to keep a broken piece that I paid for without even be able to return it. Absolutely awful, will never use again!

Dont expect to recieve what is pictured... They send out rubbish thats far cheaper to produce than the pictured items and then claim it was a mistake when caught out.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What a great company to deal with, they delivered my item within 2 days & when I opened it, it was slightly damaged. I thought, here we go, the usual phone calls & Emails etc to try to get the problem sorted - but not with this company.
I dealt with someone named Jack who sorted the issue out instantly with no fuss or drama.
Also, the product is great value for money.
I highly recommend Carouselshop.
