They do not deserve the single star. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from them and once I received them, the poor quality had me do a deeper dive into the product. I paid $50 for each pair and found each pair on both TikTok shop and at Walmart from between $8 and $16. When I tried to return them, I was threated with a lengthy international shipping process that involves customs declarations and high expense. For my "trouble" they offered to refund me 30% of the purchase price and to just keep the shoes. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING WITHOUT RESEARCHING THE PRODUCT FIRST.

Unable to open tracking information. That was my 1st clue. DONOT BUY!!! I bought a pair of shoes and they are like something out of a Halloween costume bag. They want to refund 10% and let me keep the shoes. Disputing the charge (not sure that will work in my favor). Hopefully, someone will see this and not make the same mistake. GARBAGE SITE

I ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived in a plastic bag (no box, shipped from China.) The toe box was dented and the shoes looked nothing like they were pictured on the website. They are cheap knock offs.

This company is a scam. Paid over $100 for two pair of shoes. They look like shoes from Temu. Very cheap looking.

I bought two dresses from Caroline and June Palm Beach on April 19, 2026. I received them on May 7 and immediately requested a return form. The dresses were very poorly made, quite unlike the online photos; the fabric was so thin they were completely see-through. Over the following week I received messages from their Customer Service offering me a 20%, then 30%, then 40% "partial refund" to keep the items. Each time I got more insistent, and irritated...making it clear that I was not interested in keeping them because they're unwearable, and that I wanted instructions to return them. At that point (about 4 days ago), they stopped responding to me. Their website is now not accessible, as my system cannot establish a secure connection. I do not recommend anyone do business with them!!
