Cabin was clean and well stocked with kitchenware. Very quiet and serene area. Living room furniture could be made more comfortable and suitable for adults. Overall this was a cute cabin and we loved the layout.

We had a wonderful time in Boone, was a very neat cabin, and the rental process was very easy, communication was excellent.

Whenever we had a issue the rental company was quick to respond and send out someone to correct the issues. They were small issues. We were very please and booked again for next summer! Thank you!

Beautiful cabin inside and out! Our family had more than enough room.Lost power a couple of times,staff were quick to respond and offer solutions.

I loved the Black Bear Retreat cabin. It received a lot of compliments from the guests. The view was beautiful. The house was clean. I definitely referred this place to people. I'm looking forward to booking again.

Had a few hiccups with this rental in Banner Elk. Lanes End house was not clean when we arrived at 4PM check in. Took till 7PM before it got done. Master TV did NOT work during our week stay.
A/C is only dwnstairs in this house. Luckily it wasn't HOT during our week or we would have left since it did NOT have central air. but a lovely home! Carolina Rentals answered all my complaints & phone calls for these issues.I would use them AGAIN!

I was so excited to spend a week in the mountains and i was so luck to have spoken to Morgan. Told me i would get a discount for renting a week, so i did. I picked a great cabin booked paid and gave a discount from 3,900 to 3,700 . I get the contract and when we are about to sign wrong last name no a biggy but we get a oh sorry wrong dates now we have to raise you from 3,700 to 4,300.WHAT? I spoke to Ed no compassion , i said this can not be look so i go in like a new booking guess what it saids on site i have the picture 3,900. So how could you rip us off wanting to charge us 4,300. I had to reach out to Amex do not sign anything until you read and get first the contract. Oh and conveniently you can not cancel if it is passed 24 hrs wow. So i write three emails, as well as ask for a supervisor. I am told will call you back this was 9 hours ago. I guess they noticed that they made a big mistake #don'ttrust

Carolina Cabin Rental did a fabulous job in providing housing for our family reunion. The customer service was spectacular as we had to rearrange plans due to Covid. They effectively communicated and corresponded with me with pertinent information leading up to our stay. We had no trouble during our stay, thanks to all the information and help they provided. We used Carolina Cabin Rental and everything went perfect! The house was just as we were told! Caroline Rentals gave use perfect directions to the house we rented. When I called with questions they were answered and everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional.

Kick App View is a lovely and well appointed home with everything one needs to enjoy a great vacation! The view of Grandfather Mountain from the deck is so beautiful; providing the perfect spot for relaxing with friends and family. The site is private, yet provides easy access to a variety of activities and delicious dining in both directions from Seven Devils. The lower level hot tub, foosball table, and separate living area allow groups to have several things going on at one time. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit there!

Carolina Cabin Rentals were amazing. They answered our phone calls right away, seven days a week and helped us get into our fabulous rental early. They were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend them!

We had a positive experience renting a cabin from Carolina Cabin Rentals. I found them very responsive and timely in addressing a minor maintenance issue during our stay. The only reason I'm giving four instead of five stars is that, before our stay, I'd asked for information the receptionist couldn't provide so I asked if someone with the knowledge would call me back. Unfortunately, I never got my call returned. Otherwise, I'm more than satisfied and will consider doing business with CCR again in the near future.
