The app is really good
The app is really, really good! The problem is the low rate, which goes up to a monthly rate almost 3 times as high, and the ad does not focus on that. However, once I figured out how to cancel it (which is not obvious), Nora was great to get it done. She was very nice as well.

A beginners thoughts
I cannot say why this company is great just yet, but what I have read thus far sounds interesting, and I'm willing to give it a try. I believe I will lose the weight and learn better eating habits that will lead me to a much healthier lifestyle moving forward, and keeping the weight off and less inflammation. I only shave one star because after all of the reading, I thought some of the things offered in the end was already included, so that felt a little confusing. I tend to turn away from programs that seem to upsell after you decide to purchase the program, instead telling the customer that many of the things mentioned has a cost to it, rather than wait until you entered your credit card info to reveal that these things are not included, even though the choice is optional, because it makes me feel like I only got a part of the program. Nonetheless, I'm excited to try the program. I can't wait to share my progress ot lack there of weekly, if allowed. Thank you
