I ordered Sal y Limon just some days ago and received it in very short time. Today it arrived, the packaging is wonderful and for my super surprise there was a small roller for the bag . The perfume is wonderful , fresh but also sensitive. I tried Besos and Will order it today. Thank you so much for the prompt and accurate service.

Unique fragrance for the day to day far from commercial perfumes. I bought Bo-Bo 1 month ago and I receive compliments everywhere I go, completely in love.

Last year I ordered Tardes for myself, and everything went smoothly. This year on Aug 28, I ordered Sal y limon for a friend's birthday. On the website, it says they deliver within 3-5 business days; I finally received it on Sep 10. Unfortunately, It was too late for the birthday; I had already bought another perfume. While the package was in transit, I contacted Carner via e mail a couple of times and got prompt replies saying there was nothing they can do. I sent an e mail as soon as I received it to initiate the return; it's an expensive perfume ($220), and I didn't need it any more. They replied after 2 days that they could not refund me because it wasn't their fault: "Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with the refund because the package left this store on September 2, so the delay was due to reasons beyond our control, such as customs issues. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us." This is their return policy off of their website: "Returns must be processed within 15 days of receipt. Items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice or via WhatsApp at +34 690 354 800.

We offer free return shipping, except for the US and Canada, where free returns apply only to orders over $220. For orders under $220, the customer is responsible for return shipping."

I've been trying to tell them that my purchase fully qualifies for the refund and the delay has nothing to with it because it's not mentioned anywhere in their policy, the item is unopened and it's within 15 days from the receipt, and they still don't want to initiate it. I've sent them three e mails, called them and texted them on WhatsApp multiple times, and no one has replied. They are totally ignoring me. I honestly can't believe that this supposedly niche company can lie and do business like this. This is the worst experience ever; stay away from them. I will find a way to get my money back, but I will never ever buy anything from Carner.

I had sampled Rima XI in Canada from an authorized seller. I tried purchasing within Canada at a non-authorized seller and received a fragrance that smelled nothing like the sample.
I then decided the best place would be to purchase directly from the source.

I was so right in doing so. I bought a 100ml Rima XI directly. The fragrance I received was everything that I was looking for. It smelled exactly like the sample I had received from the authorized seller.

The Customer Service was great. They actually read what I wrote and responded accordingly and in a timely manner.

I asked for a sample so that I can be 100% sure before opening box that what I bought was the fragrance I was looking for (so I could return if need be). And they happily included it and some other samples.

The packaging was simple but elegant. I really felt like I was treating myself.

Shipping was also great. It was my first time ordering a perfume internationally, so I didn't realize all the work that goes into it and the restrictions, but everything got here in a timely and painless manner. It seemed like they really had their paperwork in order to make it a seamless process.

Next when my Lukomorie runs out, I will definitely consider buying a large bottle direct!
