I ordered a dress for a wedding that cost over 110€, and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed.

First of all, the sizing is completely inaccurate. The dress is labeled as a size L, but it fits more like an S. On top of that, the quality is far below expectations. The fabric feels very cheap and is noticeably transparent, something that was never mentioned in the product description.

To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been very poor. I was charged 25€ for a return label, which I also had to print myself. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and not what I would expect at this price.

Awful quality. And terrible (i.e. zero) customer service. The fabric was thin, not at all opaque (I would need to buy a slip to wear under it) and felt like plastic. I asked to return it and was told the cost to return was a third of the original price. When I asked for alternative return options, I got no response. I've learned my lesson!

I had high hopes for my order but got a bit disappointed when the pants arrived with many loose threads, a thin material and a button which was almost falling off. I’ve received a partial refund which is better than nothing, but I don’t know if I’ll be ordering from them again..
