They delivered the car mats but the accelerator pedal cut out is on the wrong side despite specifying it's for right had drive car so they are useable. They offered to resend the correct ones but that was 3 months ago now and no reply from customer services.

Ordered a boot liner for my SUV. Arrived in the specified timeframe, however one pieces was made for a different model. Sent photos and Tommy accepted it was incorrectly manufactured and would get the correct piece made and shipped. I have heard nothing since then. Several emails have been sent and not a word from them. Product seems good quality but I need it to cover the entire boot not 75% of it. Wish I had read their reviews prior to ordering. Update16th July, still not getting any response to my emails. Certainly looking like a two bit company. Keep clear of them.

I purchased my car mats several months ago and was excited for them to arrive. Unfortunately, they were of poor quality, drop-shipped from china, the colour was darker and inferior to what was shown online, there were loose stitches and lumps in the diamond pattern, and to top it off the shape didn’t even fit my car which was clearly specified during the order.
I have tried to resolve this with Carmelo however several emails to their customer service email and socials have gone unanswered. Buyer beware.

Received Mats after 1.5 Months, due to customs apparently.. Ok.. not a problem.. Gets the mats finally and they dont fit my VW Tiguan.
Sent to emails so far to the support email and still waiting for a reply 2 weeks on!!

Not only do they not reply now to my emails but I think they have blocked me as my emails fail to send!!

Disgusting company. Paid nearly £200 for car mats. Arrived and did not fit. Quality was shocking. Emailed and Tommy answered after a week, promised to redeliver. This was in January. Never received. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund and now no one is responding and I’m guessing I will never here again from them or see my money! Stay away from this company at all costs.

Ordered my mats in January.
My car mats got a tracking number but did not leave the shipping location.

Reached out to them and they took 2 weeks to reply. Said he would have a tracking number within 14 days.
Never gave me that!

Im officially 4 months in and nobody is answering my emails.

Delivered product that didn’t fit my car. They requested photos of mats in the car which I sent.
Tommy Ray promised refund in 2-5 days a month ago. There has been no more correspondence from Carmelo. There are no phone numbers to chase up. Product is manufactured in China but there is no address no phone number.

DO NOT BUY IT IS A SCAM. Tommy initially responded to all my emails from November 2021, they sent me wrong mats, said a replacement was on its way. Gave fake tracking number and now hasn't responded in 2 months to any emails, they also have no phone number. I was so nice to them and they took advantage of it. I have now lost $400

Exactly like the others have said. SCAMMERS!!! So just don't do it. Don't order anything with them since you won't get it!! I ordered a boot liner and car matts and guess what...did not arrive. No response from customer service!!

Absoloute scam! All 5star reviews on here are fake.

Please do not buy from here!! My item never even turned up!!!! You cant get hold of anybody! I have had to report the company.

Scam. Complain to the FTC and BBB. The more complaints they get the more likely they’ll be to shut this place down. I ordered a trunk liner for our 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Carmelo guarantees customer satisfaction “or your money back” for their custom mats that fit most makes and models, and the Jeep was listed. After receiving a product that didn’t fit on March 2nd I emailed and received an auto-reply stating it’ll take a few days to get back. They got back to me quickly on March 4th, requesting more pictures to more clearly see the incorrect fit. After sending that email on March 17th as we had been out of town, I haven’t heard back since. I’ve sent follow up emails on March 28th as well as April 2nd and 12th and even reached out to them on Facebook messenger in between. I have had zero responses since the one email I received on March 4th. Due to their lack of response I am now outside of the return policy and am out of close to $200. I am displeased with the product as well as the customer service. There are no phone numbers listed anywhere so the only way I could reach them was via email or Facebook messenger.

Still the fake reviews keep coming. Why has Trustpilot not removed the listing altogether? The card issuers are having masses of chargebacks.

Can’t wait for the new law, Trust pilot helped this company massively- made them look legal.

Ordered carpets that did not fit when they arrived. Sent pictures and emails. No response. Do not buy from this Chinese company. Now trying to get my money back from card issuer.

My boot liner recently arrived,the product is excellent fits the boot well and the material is good quality.
My wife has also ordered one after seeing mine.

this company will no doubt about it rip you off my mats arrived not even for the car i ordered them from sent e-mails and nothing no response being totally ignored you buy from this company expect misery and loss of money your never see again stay well clear of this crap company they will scam you for sure YOU BEEN WARNED

I ordered car mats for my fiesta st, they took 8 weeks to arrive, not 21days advertised. They finally arrived but without pockets which was the whole point of me buying them and will now not provide me with a return address.

AWFUL Company, have emailed several times, ordered back in Dec, wrong order came and promised to send out a new order, now 5 months on and no communication and being ignored! Please do not order form them

Such a bummer. The mats are cheap and do not fit my Audi trunk. The company says free returns but that is a farce. Anyone know a return address?

Shocking company, beware. Mats are rubbish and omg the customer service is awful.
