Great service- EVEN in Sweden where customer service doesn't exist
Swedes are really not familiar with customer service, but the staff at Carlings is always helpful. I guess the motto of Carlings is to be actively engaged with your customers, which, if you don't like, you can let the staff know you'll ask for help when you need it. Otherwise the staff makes your stay comfortable and usually quick!
