Very bad trust to this company .
The company placed photo with a good quality "winter boots" but had sent very poor quality shoes.

When I'd sent them a claim they asked me to pay for return, I refused to pay additional money for return this very poor quality item and asked to send me a label for free delivery , then the didn't answer at all .
The delivery term was very long as well
After investigated this company "Carro Moda UK" , I made the conclusion - it's a fake company cheating on people , sending customers very poor quality goods . They announced themselves as based in Sweden but money were transferred to Hong Kong to "Carlamoda "

Crap clothing on what appears to be a lovely site

Tried to cancel order upon placing and realising the length of time for delivery, they said I was out of cancellation period, I wasn't.

They pose as a UK based company but goods come from China.

Once goods turned up, I opened the parcel to find an item that was damaged and looked nothing like advertised, quality of material extremly poor and different colour.

I tried to return as didnt want anyway, sent numerous e-mails and waited lengthy times for reponses, they also kept sending my e-mail back to me without responding??

They kept trying to get me to except a replacement or order something else at a discounted price instead of returning.

Eventually received a refund but took a lot of time and effort.

Will never buy from again !

We ordered with caromoda.co (pretends to be Swedish, telephone no. is unobtainable) which is in fact Carlamoda.co - actually located in Hong Kong. Will anything arrive? Ever? They don't respond to emails.

Just received my order and couldn’t be any more disappointed. Cheap looking poor quality blouse which cost £35 so have just requested a refund then come here to check reviews. Should have checked first 😟

Ordered what I thought were breathable leather shoes. Thought they were genuine as they were not cheap to buy. When they arrived they were squeaky, cheap plastic and stunk of strong adhesive! Very similar to some I bought off Amazon a while back but they were only £6 and I knew what to expect for my money. I wanted to send back after complaining via e-mail. Cost to send back £25 as return is in China! Took screenshots of my order and will report for false advertising to warn others.

This is a scam do not buy anything , ordered a shirt it Nether arrived, I should have looked at TrustPilot before buying , after reading other buyers reviews I understand

DO NOT BUY FROM CARLA MODA. Goods took ages to arrive then when I requested a refund they took weeks to reply and offered a voucher. When I declined the offer they said it was outside the 30 days so I couldn't have a refund. Now they won't reply to any emails

Absolutely useless, needed a return they asked if wanted half price voucher but don't send back , I said no twice I E mailed now nothing more from them , don't bother with this site

Website says delivery 4 to 7 working days. Ordered on 13th Dec delivery 6th January. Item is nothing like the picture. Cheap quality. Have contacted the company for a refund no reply. Never use this company

Have you read their T & C’s? They actually tell you that they accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for anything you buy on their website!!!!! Does this mean that they can evade their criminal responsibility for FRAUD - because they have warned you before hand? Can a murder avoid theirs if they tell you first that they are going to kill you? DO NOT TRUST OR DEAL WITH THIS WEBSITE. You will be totally RIPPED OFF and sorry you did!

I had the same experience as others here. Bought what were advertised as cashmere jumpers and received 100% polyester labeled jumpers and one with no labels at all. All very poor quality.

If you are also a victim of this scam I strongly advise contacting your bank and requesting a charge back to get refunded. Failing this the UK International Consumer Centre telephone number 01268886690 advised me to contact them again if my charge back is not successful. They have received multiple reports if this fraudulent company which is operating under multiple names “Carro Moda”, “Caro Moda”, “Carla Moda” etc…

iF THERE is less than one star, I 'd use it. Never received item. I think this website is a scam. Bought an item on the 29th of November, and still no sign of it.

Please do not buy from these charlatans. I did and regretted it as soon as I received the garment described as cashmere! What a joke! However, the joke is on me 😒!
I bought the sweater as a Christmas gift for a very discerning lady...I wouldn't embarras myself or her by giving her this cheap, mass produced, acrylic tat.
It is impossible to return the item as there's no paperwork, tags or labels in the package.
Do not be conned by this company. Just read the reviews.

I was browsing. Glad I checked the reviews before purchasing the apparently lovely products at bargain prices. Though I am disappointed and sorry that actual customers have been ripped off/scammed.
As other reviewers have said, the company seems to have different names. Perhaps Luxury Glow is another name? A jumper is stated as cotton on this website whereas the same design is described as a cashmere blend on the carra moda website. It’s said that if something sounds too good to be true then it probably is. Be cautious, I’d suggest.

The sizing is all wrong and everything is tiny. When you complain they either want you to send the item all the way back to China at huge expense or they offer you a discount on something else from the company. I chose the latter thinking that 3XL singlet couldn’t fail but it has arrived and is tiny also. Avoid them unless you are a size 8

Company looks like they are in Stockholm but the items come from China! Item ordered was supposed to be made from cashmere but absolutely no way, they are 100pc polyester! I ordered large and at best they are size 12. Delivery took just over 3 weeks. Don't buy from them. It's cheap Chinese made clothing

Dreadful company. Took 3 weeks to deliver and sizes much too small. Cardigan was not cashmere. Ordered XL and it would not even fit a size 10-12. Kept fobbing me off about delivery. No tracking available, yet they said to track it. Very, very frustrating. Supposed to be UK company, but their address is registered in Sweden and the clothing comes from China, very poor quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is a scam company based in China, they sell cheap tat and won’t accept returns unless you ship them to china at your own cost. They advertise cashmere items but this is a lie, avoid. They are also known as Carro Moda, Caromoda and other variants to move on from bad reviews

I believe this is a scam website . Order placed and confirmed as shipped promptly but I have never received goods . All contact communication channels seem invalid , email bounced back , telephone unanswered.
Looks like I’ve been conned . Do not order from this company !
