Lovely set of earrings for my wife’s birthday!

So far I rate them a 1. I ordered four pair of earrings. Coming from a company I understand is in California, I find it incredibly difficult to find that although I ordered them June 25, 2026, here it is July 12 and they’re still in transit! Really? Are you walking them across the country? I will think twice about ordering from them again. There have been no updates since July 1. Not happy. I hope they arrive.
An update: earrings finally arrived, and the “silver” earrings were a cheap metal. One of the clasps was broken. They replaced it quickly enough, but they are NOT the quality earrings they advertise. Overpriced for the quality. Buyer beware!

The items were excellent quality and very beautifully colored. They're tracking of the order and shipment was fantastic! I only wished that a small box was included to help in wrapping for a gift. The young lady that I gave them to as a gift was extremely happy with them.

Hummingbird necklace is nothing like the picture. Just a mass produced cheap looking bit of plastic very disappointed. Wanted to support a local artisan .. ended up giving my money to what I suspect is a reseller.
Not sure we should fall for the old "heading for retirement" line either. suspect Carla might not be the dear old craftswoman pottering away with her pliers. Though happy to be proved otherwise Carla Jewellery ?

Just ŕeceived my last purchase from Carla's Jewelry; that of a matched pair of vintage butterfly wing earrings!! All of my purchaseshave been for my wife; previously supporting her love for and regularly feeding hummingbirds (several pieces);
A piece celebrating the life of a passed dacschund puppy held in her arms-- embraced by her love and forever memories!!

Passing to the last arrival; the piece she designated as her favorite artistic work that she wanted to own were the vintage butterfly wing earrings delivered two days ago.
I had received the package upon delivery and removed them from the packaging and placed for her to welcome when returning from work at a purple martin bird sanctuary she monitors.
Upon arrival she found the gift; rewarded me with a smile; and happily removed the gift to wear on each ear--thrilled with her newest, and MOST sought piece from Carla's Jewelry. Each gift is our reminder and tribute to Carla's Jewelry!!

The picture of the pendent I ordered online was breath taking. I ordered it, paid for it and started the wait. Just a few weeks later IT ARRIVED! well packaged with care I opened it....I removed the tissues and couldn't believe my eyes! It was so much prettier than its picture! I started to cry. I had read online so many negative reviews only to find out that there were numerous companies with the same name. I thought I had literally thrown away my money... :( The package I received was done with care and quality.

Beautifully hand made jewelry - I bought the Owl earrings and the Hummingbirds for my GF and she loves them.

I ordered the hummingbird earrings and necklace and I was so happy with the level of detail, colors and beautiful design. I wore them last night to a party and I received multiple compliments! My new favorite!

Do not be fooled by this Company. Firstly they are not retiring/closing down. Although their items are marked as "in stock" They are not! They are manufactured outside the UK and require customs clearance from both exporting and importing countries. The item I ordered was not collected by the courier until 4 days after I was emailed to say it had been shipped. It is now somewhere but who knows where it is. Customer service response take 3 days and they just fob you off! Having to buy my wife another birthday present, They are a con and a disgrace!
