As many others have said- they took a one time payment and then took a subscription payments of £25.95. It was not made clear on checkout that I was agreeing to a free trail with payment to follow. I only used to check service history of my vehicle and this wasn’t even included. I would highly recommend not using this website.
I can contacted for a refund which I highly doubt I’ll receive.

Total waste of money, all the site gives you is the really basic brochure information and everything else is a load of S@/T
Deliberately put in details about a car I scrapped after my first one and it came back with clean everything. Don’t waste your money

Very misleading pricing system. I only wanted a one-time vehicle report for €2.90, but a recurring subscription of €29.95 every 4 weeks was activated through a trial period that was not clearly visible during checkout.

This feels intentionally deceptive. I have contacted support requesting cancellation and a refund.

Always read the fine print before entering your card details.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support I received from Estelle.

I contacted CarJudge regarding a billing issue after I had already cancelled my subscription and stopped using the service. The situation was frustrating, as a payment was still taken from my account despite my cancellation confirmation.

Estelle took the time to carefully review all the information I provided, including emails, screenshots, and details of my communication with customer support. She listened attentively, treated my case professionally, and showed genuine understanding of my concerns. Rather than giving a standard response, she thoroughly investigated the matter and worked toward a fair resolution.

Although I am still waiting for the refund to arrive in my account, I have been informed that the issue has been resolved and I am confident that the refund is now only a matter of processing time.

What impressed me most was Estelle’s professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. She handled the situation with respect and made me feel that my concerns were taken seriously.

Web site really easy to use. All I had was a recovered motorcycle frame number which I entered in to the web site and £2.45 later they sent me a full report, showing there was no history of theft, no record of dismantling or write off and even had mileage reports for past MOTs. Excellent service, thank you.
