Ordered shoes on 6:19 /25 . Pre order was supposed to ship in Sept . Then I checked again said order processing . Now it is Nov 18/25 and still have not received shoes . Have tried multiple times and ways to contact Cariuma and have had no response whatsoever . I believe I have been scammed out of money .
Gift cards are a scam
The shoes are good! But the gift cards are totally scam. Don’t buy them. I bought a gift card for 100 euro with the offer to receive a 150 euro value in the Cariuma online shop. Sounds like a great offer, but turns out: Non of their gift cards work in the checkout! The Cariuma support just sent me another code - also not working. This is scam! I want my money back!
Sneakers never delivered and got no refund
In the past I bought two pairs of Cariuma sneakers and they were fashionable and the company had a good vibe. This past June I pre-ordered a pair of sneakers that they which about when they came in. Now, it's October and the sneakers have never arrived. I've contacted them times and they do not respond. Don't buy from them because you'll pay for sneakers you never got and there's absolutely no way of getting them to respond to you.

Buyer Beware- if you want shoes, shop elsewhere
I've been waiting 3 weeks for these shoes. When I reach out to customer service, they provided me with a tracking number that is dated more than a week ago, stating they have not received the shoes in their facility. Customer service seems like AI with canned comments... no help at all! Don't waste your money. I feel like I threw mine away.
Really slow shipping, canceled order
Really slow shipping. Seven days after placing my order I realized I was never sent shipping information. After contacting CS I was told they have my order and it will be processing for shipping in a few days. I wanted the shoes for a vacation three weeks away and wasn’t confident I would receive them in time since shipping or processing was taking so long so I cancelled my order.
Can’t recommend based on my slow or non shipping of my order.
Sneakers not delivered after mid-June order
I purchased 2 pairs of sneakers from here in mid-June. The first pair took 6-7 weeks to deliver; quality and look of the shoe wasn’t great. The second pair has never arrived. In fact it hasn’t even been ‘processed’ with no shipping information after many many emails to their customer support. Don’t waste your money as it’s likely you won’t receive the shoes. Very disappointed.

I ordered a pair of shoes that never arrived. When I contacted customer service they said it had been shipped and directed me to a site for tracking but didn't give me a tracking number. It's been two weeks and SHOp says they haven't been shipped yet. ALl I've received is the runaround

I ordered a pair online from Instagram. I have a pair that I had ordered directly from them. The pair I ordered from Instagram was fulfilled by a third party who could not help me with a return. They sent me the wrong size. After several weeks of trying to contact them they wrote to tell me that it was Final Sale and they could not be returned or exchanged. Even though they sent the wrong size. Terrible service and buyer beware!
HORRIBLE Customer Service
The shoes are comfortable but customer service is non-existant. I pre-ordered shoes in March and they still haven't arrived. My emails and messages have gone unanswered. The two pairs that I already own are great and very comfortable, but I will never order from them again.

****SCAM ALERT***This company is a SCAM! They don't return emails, and have no phone number to call... They take your money and don't send you your shoes. Ordered shoes on 5/27/25 for $73.00 NEVER RECEIVED THEM.... Its' now 9/17/25 STILL NO SHOES. AI emails are all they send.
Bad quality and difficult return
Returns cost a lot, if returns really function. Sizes don't match and I regret buying from cariuma.de which redirects me to other weird domains.
Poor customer service
I ordered a pair of shoes that were backordered but promised to ship before 8/29. As of 9/10 the shoes have not arrived. In spite of several attempts to contact them all I ever get back is an AI generated response that "they'll get back to me". Absolutely NO RESPONSE. Very poor, horrible customer service.
Never again with this company
Terrible customer service and return process. Trying to return a pair of shoes via the Happy Returns process that sends you to UPS with a QR code landed me at a form that indicated that my shoes, received by me 3 weeks ago haven't shipped! Well, I have them in front of me. I retried this form 3x, then sought another way through their web site which allowed me to check off the shoes I want to return, but the process stopped there. At the bottom of the page, a link in small letters "Contact" took me to an automated chat in which you fill in details of your problem, but there was no response to anything I typed into boxes provided, merely a message at the end that says they will get back to you by email. There is no customer number listed anywhere and trying to find one by googling produces one that doesn't work and a link to something called "Pissed Consumer." Meanwhile, I completed a return though Happy Returns/UPS of 2 other pairs of shoes from KURU in less than 5 minutes. Given all the other terrible reviews similar to mine, I am not seeing how it is that Trust Pilot, which I usually find fairly reliable in screening scams, gives this company a satisfactory rating at all.
Horrible Customer Service
I ordered three pair of shoes back on April 13, 2025, CCEC1257976. Two were listed as pre-order: Shadow Blue Canvas to be shipped by May 23, 2025, and White Spectrum Blue Parrot Print to be shipped by July 31, 2025. My credit card was charged $169.00 that day. It is now August 18, and I have only received one pair, the low Rose canvas sneaker. I sent an email on June 8, 2025, asking if the shoes had shipped, and the response I got said you received my message and would get back to me within 24-72 hours. No other response was sent to me. I sent another email on August 12, 2025, about this issue and all I get is an auto-generated response (CCEC1257976-A) saying they were working diligently to get my order shipped. They also charged my credit card another $187.00 for the same shoes I paid for in April. So, not only have I paid $356 total for three pair of shoes (2 were on sale), I have still only received one pair. I received an email saying my order has shipped but as of today when I try to track it, there is no package. I need this issue resolved very quickly. I am very disappointed in this whole situation because I heard very good things about this company from my sister who owns several pairs of your shoes.

I pre ordered a pair of loafers in May. I got a delivered notice today. Box looked nice, no damage but gosh feeling really light. My mistake not filming me opening cause I am not someone who does that. But found out why it was light, NOTHING INSIDE! This is the 2nd time they have messed up an order. At least the other time I got the wrong pair of shoes.
I have a couple other pairs and ordered again because they are comfortable and cute shoes.

I have tried to return them for three months as I ordered the wrong size and keep being told there is a problem with their returns , I cannot afford to loose this money but they are just not replying …. DO NOT BUY FROM CARIUMA!!
Shocking experience and very poor customer service.
Ordered in the sale, for some unknown reason interred a UK 8.5 but ended up with a US 8.5 which is a UK 7.
I explained the error and they said they cannot exchange as purchased in the sale. I was happy to pay the transit cost for exchange and they did have the size I wanted still in stock, but were adamant sale stock is non returnable and non refundable.
Disgusting way to treat a repeat customer and I will never buy from them again.
Absolute scam. Do not buy from this company
I ordered a pair of shoes and it never arrived after chasing they told me that didn't have enough stock to fulfil my order so they had to cancel it. After that I placed a new order and I never received that either. I sent 5-6 emails chasing for an update and I was ignored every time .I raised a dispute with my bank and received a refund. The next day after raising the dispute they happened to email me back saying my order was on the way. I told them I didn't want it anymore and asked them to cancel my order I was ignored yet again. Sent another 3 emails asking them to cancel the order as the status has not chased on my order and they finally cancelled it 2 months after the initial delivery date. I don't understand how this company is still in business. I have NEVER received such bad customer service in my entire life. It is beyond ridiculous. This is a brand I will for sure never be purchasing from again.
