I have been ordering since May of 2022. A regular routine for protein powder vitamins and supplements.

I have never found a better price point. I have tried several times but this remains the best return on investment.

I find the shipping to be faster than promised. 5-7 days promised that arrives in 3-4. I live in a suburb of Socal with easy shipping.

I have never had to contact customer service.

I like them enough to make this trust pilot review. As 3.6/5 (rating at this time) just doesn't reflect my 5/5 experience.

I think they are a smaller family business (reseller) and I do like supporting people out there making it happen for themselves.

Outstanding company that goes the extra mile for their customers. They are a throwback to how Nature's Sunshine used to be with their focus on education.

I have been ordering from this company for years. When the occasional issue has arisen, they have always stepped up to provide resolve in a professional, courteous manner. They keep me informed of the status of my order from the moment I place it until it’s delivered. I like that they’re a family business!

I used to order form this site regularly. I mean seriously, on a very regular basis! But last few times they have screwed up my orders and expected me to pay twice (oh with a friggin discount). Absolute sh!t. I ordered a necessary supplement because my kids were bad sick, and they took several weeks before even reshipping a new order. Then when my first order finally arrived 2 months late, they made me pay to return it, or they said they would charge me a second time. Complete joke. They messed up and they should have just let me keep it for the crappy service and my order not being on time to begin with. Lost total respect for them. Never buy from them. There's plenty of other NS sites that offer cheap shipping and faster, but not this one. I used to order form them a lot because they were closest to my address. I'm totally pissed! Awful service.
