Caring Futures helps British people living in Europe access the UK financial support they may be entitled to in later life. We specialise in helping eligible British pensioners living abroad apply for Attendance Allowance — a UK benefit for people over State Pension age who need extra help because of a health condition or disability. Our experienced team supports clients throughout the process, from checking eligibility and completing the application to helping with the next steps once a decision has been made. We understand that applying for benefits from overseas can feel complicated, particularly when dealing with UK eligibility rules, residency requirements and the Department for Work and Pensions. Our aim is to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Caring Futures operates on a no win, no fee basis, so there is nothing to pay for our Attendance Allowance application service unless the claim is successful. We currently support British people living across Spain, France, Portugal, Cyprus, Greece, Italy and Malta. Our wider mission is simple: to help British people living abroad access the financial support, care and services they need to live better in later life.

Attendance Allowance
I was first contacted by the company last year (2025). After answering a few questions I was told that maybe entitled to Attendance Allowance. At the time I didn't take them up on their offer but made my own enquiries and found out that they are well recommended so in June 2026 I got back in touch with them. An appointment on the telephone was made and all the costs explained to me. I was called back, on time, and interviewed very sympathetically about my health and home life. At the end of the interview I was told that they were confident that an application would succeed and I went ahead. Within minutes DWP responded by email confirming the application and I received the higher rate of AA within 10 weeks of the application and back dated to the date of application.
I can thoroughly recommend Will Pennington and Caring Futures for their Compassionate help and Support.

I came upon a post from this company on…
I came upon a post from this company on FB I never thought I was eligible for attendance allowance because I lived abroad. But I thought what have I got to lose so I responded to their post and later received a phone call from a very nice lady called Lauren. She explained simply if I met certain criteria the company could submit an application for me. She went through the process explaining what I could receive if eligible and said someone would contact me to assist with the form filling only took 1/2 hr. The only grey area was how the payment that they said I would owe and how much if successful I don't feel it was explained well enough but obviously agreed to it. Overall the experience was very enlightening and I pleased to say I was granted the higher rate which was backdated to the application date in all it took 11 weeks to receive the money and it has been a god send I don't know how I managed prior to applying for it. So you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Thanks Caring Futures.

I saw an add on FB re Caring futures saying ex pats can receive AA. I filled out a very easy short form and pressed send. I got a call from Lauren she asked a few questions but it just seemed like a chat with a friend I then got another call from Kim re filling a 32 page form in again it was just like having a chat with and old friend. Eight weeks later I got my AA payment in my bank. It was all done in a couple of days no stress just chatting to very nice people thank you.
