Worst experience ever - Powered by Enterprise

Incident happened in car rental office Enterprise in Larnaca airport, last Sunday, April 28. Please, see all details about reservation below, in the end of the e-mail.

I have made a car reservation via carhirecyprus.com.cy. All was smooth until we have arrived at the airport in Larnaca. The shuttle taking customers to the car rental was supposed to be coming every coming every 15 minutes. After waiting more than 25 minutes arrived a shuttle, which could take only a part of customers waiting.

Once we have arrived the car rental I have received contract by Enterprise company which was different from terms and conditions which I was reading on Carhirecyprus.com.cy. Mainly insurance policy - any accidents that happen on parking lots are not covered - this is not mentioned on carhirecyprus.com.cy. Several further differences can be found there.

When I was trying to get the conditions which were carhirecyprus.com.cy staff was become very aggressive, rude and humiliating. Refused to rent me a car and by verbal violence made me leave the car rental. (I recommend to see camera recordings form the car rental office.) The were shouting at me that they would call a police. As I knew I did not do anything wrong I insisted that I will wait for police to make a legal evidence of what happened. As staff have seen, I was afraid I would get a legal evidence of the situation they just pushed me to leave. As an evidence I wanted to take a photo of the building of the car rental. When the staff had seen that they wanted, take my phone away from me and become even more rude and impolite. I was again pushed me to leave the car rental.

To sum up the situation: Firstly, I would like to complain, that terms and conditions online on carhirecyprus.com.cy did not correspond with terms and conditions in the contract. This is against European law.

Secondly, the behavior of the staff of Larnaca airport Enterprise office was unacceptable and it was my worst customer experience I have ever had.
