"Raymond" from the texting side of thing ended my conversation randomly?
I gave him the vin and the listing ID as presented on their app, he refused to assist me because apparently they have the listing ID written incorrectly (6 digit when it should be 8 digit) and I did not have a link immediately available to sent to him since it was an app.
I gave him both the Id they have listed and the vin, why would he not be able to find the vehicle?

Vandergriff Honda gave me an offer for my used car through CarGurus on 12/07/2025. The offer was for $22,675 and said it was good for 7 days pending a hands-on inspection. I made arrangements to accept that offer and meet for the sale. Alex Arcos met me on 12/12/2025 and did his inspection. He then said he could pay about $1500 less. When I asked what was wrong with the car Alex said nothing was wrong. His manager came out and talked to us. I asked the manager why they wouldn’t honor the original price and he said, “Marketing conditions changed.”
The bottom line is that Vandergriff Honda and CarGurus used a Bait-and-Switch. They wasted my time and fuel to get me in the door and then wouldn’t honor their offer.

I'm givin' a 4 because it took a little under a week 2 respond 2 my inquiries. I thought that wz somethin' that could have been done sooner. Altho a bit late at respondin', once we got 2 it they were matter of factly about their business. I appreciated the fact they were professional, and explored all available options with obvious experience n their fields.🤔☺️🌹

Thomas, w/Hi line Motors is an ill informed car salesperson w/poor communication skills. I advised him of an issue concerning a 2012 Corvette GS; he told me I was incorrect. After I addressed the problem a 2nd time he gave me a feeble excuse. After another discussion about the modifications to the car he told me it was not really a big deal. Then, silence, after I decided to challenge his knowledge of Corvettes.

I was trying to inquire on a vehicle and they started chatting me with a bot and then said they were going to transfer me to Joy and then no one got on the chat and I kept leaving messages and no one responded so I just ended the chat.
also there seem to be hidden fees and the prices do not match when I speak to the actual dealerships.

I gave my car for servicing and was initially quoted AED 15,993. After multiple discussions, the amount was later reduced to AED 5,400, which already raised concerns about pricing consistency.
During the process, I was repeatedly asked for payment before the work was completed. Just before delivery, I was informed that an additional amount was required for an engine pulley replacement. When I visited the workshop to see the issue, I was not shown the vehicle.
I requested that the car be returned without replacing the pulley, but delivery was refused unless I signed an undertaking absolving the workshop of responsibility. This back-and-forth continued for nearly two weeks, causing significant inconvenience.
Eventually, the manager intervened and appeared unaware of how the matter had been handled earlier. I agreed to proceed with the pulley replacement in order to collect my vehicle.
At delivery, I was not provided with a proper VAT invoice. I was told the printer was not working, and the invoice was printed on plain paper without an official stamp, despite repeated requests.
Overall, the experience was extremely stressful and time-consuming. I would strongly recommend that customers clarify scope of work, pricing, documentation, and delivery conditions in writing before proceeding, and ensure the workshop is fully transparent before handing over their vehicle.
