Nissan juke, scammers

It's not save to buy used car from this company, some of the sellers are scammers. I bought a Nissan Juke from the company. After payment i couldn't drive the car home, l call the seller the phone rang twice and it was switched off till today, i tried to contact my bank to refund the money back, they tried their best to couldn't till now the car is in my compound
I don't know what to do 4k ground gone 😕
