Carglass never fails in the quality of their service. The reception person speaks very good English so it was really convenient for me. The sms notification was also very helpful to remind me about my appointment and when my car is ready for pickup. Overall great experience and highly recommended

Terrible unprofessional service from carglass put a temporary perspex windows on back passenger side fixed awfully with a bit of black tape which came unstuck almost immediately, astonished that they actually thought we could drive a car across France with this poor effort

they came out to fix my broken window, did the job fast enough but didn't check to see if my door would open after ! so they had to come out again to fix that and they left a huge gap between my door frame and the window trim ! I told them about it and they asked for a picture I sent them avideo showing the huge gap and then was completely ignored by there manager ! so now I have to go get it fixed by a professional
