Continuity of care and comfort at home.
My parents have been looked after by a Care Sisters carer and found it of great comfort to be in their own home and so well looked after. It is lovely to have a small number of carers that know my parents well and this continuity is very special.

Sue was recommended by a friend who had used her agency previously. We contacted her and she responded very promptly and then took time to understand our needs and to visit my mother and understand her needs. This was very important and has led to very successful carer placements with one exception which was swiftly remedied.

Amazing
We have been using Caresisters for a couple of years or more now and I am so pleased that I found them.
Mum is well looked after and at the same time it has taken away a lot of worry for our family.
Thanks Sue
Happy Carer
As a long time carer with Care Sisters, I can honestly say that Sue cares about her carers as much she cares for her clients. Sue is a lovely gentle soul who strives to keep things running smoothly. As carers we are often "forgotten" but never have i experienced this from Sue who is always on hand to listen and advise. Thanks Sue for this great journey with you. Xx

Excellent empathetic care
If you are looking for a great live-in carer for someone close to you, I highly recommend you speak to Sue at Care Sisters. We needed live-in care for my mum after she fell and suffered a fracture and were recommended Care Sisters by a friend. Sue got back to me immediately and visited us within a couple of days to meet mum and assess her needs. She organised a wonderful live-in carer (Patricia) to help Mum get back on her feet, supporting her with cooking, shopping and her physical rehabilitation. Not only was Patricia very experience and knowledgeable, and a great cook but she was a good judge of Mum's personality and preferences and very considerate of these while she was living with Mum. With Patricia's help Mum has made great progress and is back to living independently again. We are so grateful for the quick response and excellent service provided by both Sue and Patricia. Thank you Care Sisters.
Care Sisters
If you are looking for an agency to provide you with a live in carer I have no hesitancy in recommending Care Sisters. Sue went out of her way to find an amazing carer to suit my needs and interests and I can't thank her enough. In future if I need a live in carer I will always use Care Sisters.
Wonderful care
Care Sisters have been looking after my elderly father for nine months now (he is unable to live independently after a brief spell in hospital) and they are truly wonderful. Sue and her team made every effort to help him through the initial anxieties of needing full-time care; his health is improving from the lovely meals and attention he is getting; he has regular walks and he is back to enjoying his life again. Thank you for all you do for the whole family
Excellent care company
Care Sister were recommended to me by a family friend and what a fantastic recommendation it proved to be! Having suffered a fall, my 91 year old father needed a 24 hours live-in carer and in a short time Sue had arranged everything, site visit, care plan and carers. Sue and her team of carers were very supportive, professional & attentive looking after my father and their quality of care allowed my father to reside within the comfort of his own home, which was very important to us. Sue is a kind and experienced carer and was often in contact with the family to ensure all was going well. Thank you Care Sisters!
I am very proud to be part of this…
I am very proud to be part of this dynamic team, it is truly run like a family, we have a great support system, Sue is very professional and caring, not just our clients but also to her carers. Thank you Sue for all the support and your professionalism it truly is a privilege working with someone of your calibre.
The Best Care Available
Suzanne Hewitt has provided an unparalleled level of care care to my 85 year old father who has extremely complicated health needs. Under her professional and energetic 24 hour care his health has positively transformed for the better; against all medical odds. There is no greater testimony than this and, consequently, our family will be eternally grateful to her and Care Sisters. In addition she is highly intelligent, fun to be around and unfailingly kind. If there is a better carer out there I’d be surprised.
So grateful!
We are so grateful to Kim and Sue who helped us so much earlier this year with an emergency. Their calm, knowledgeable expertise and caring attitude was invaluable at a time of stress- when one relative was about to start cancer treatment and the other has Alzheimer’s.
Our carer Athena was such a beautiful person and we really believe that we wouldn’t have had the positive outcome we did without her.
Adjusting a relative with Alzheimer’s to live in care was very difficult and Kim’s support was much appreciated.
I feel so much better knowing that Care Sisters are there for when we inevitably need more support in the future. Have recommended to friends.
Highly recommended…
Care Sisters came highly recommended when an elderly relative asked us to find a companion to come and stay for two weeks to help her settle back home having been away for some months. Shortly afterwards we found ourselves turning to Care Sisters again for help with much more complicated care. With the family living hours away and unable to travel because of Covid restrictions, Sue provided a rota of carefully chosen carers with specialist skills, changing them as the situation evolved. She was tremendously supportive of our family and always available when we needed help or advice. We certainly couldn’t have managed without her kindness and wise council and the wonderful carers she found for us.
Caresisters Review
Extremely competent and medically skilled whilst also being empathetic and kind. Couldn’t have asked for better carers for my 84 year old father who has complicated needs. Highly recommended five star 24 hour live in care from a well organized and efficient professional care group.
Excellent care solutions
Sue and Kim were very professional and empathetic and found solutions and suitable carers to manage my mothers complex dementia care.
Excellent and reliable.
I literally stumbled across Care Sisters, via a search engine, in the middle of last year when it became apparent that my Mum was going to need full time care.
Sue and her team have been brilliant and have overcome many obstacles to ensure Mum's care has been first class.
It has allowed Mum to continue to live at home and I would happily recommend them.

A caring experience
An elderly relative of ours showed signs of dementia suddenly and there were no family members in a position to care for her. As an emergency she was admitted to an acute short stay unit. Whilst she was well cared for the experience was very disturbing for her.
In researching options for care we spoke to Caresisters who carefully explained what could be done. We decided that companionship and care at home with a permanent care system was the best option for a previously independent person.
This has been a good experience for our relative who has come to accept the need and is able to live in her own home.
I have no hesitation in recommending Caresisters as a very professional and personal group in providing experienced and suitable caring for our relative. They are always ready to help with any problems that may occur.
ROGER
Kim : what an unbelievable person. She is a very committed carer, not just for the person needing care but also for the immediate family. On the Friday afternoon, 8 days before Christmas, I was told that the family Christmas holiday in England was cancelled due to COVID. My wife has severe mobility problems due to her back and she has advanced dementia. Her full-time live-in carer was leaving 3 days later for a deserved 11 day break with her family. Unfortunately I am unable to provide the personal caring skills that my wife of 55 years deserves. I made a few telephone calls to friends and was given the names of 5 good agencies. 2 of these were totally unable to help, 2 others were “closed” for the weekend and, very fortunately for me, there was Kim. After many telephone conversations and emails, all her personal promises to me were met. On Monday afternoon the first carer came, a lovely lady who looked after my wife for the first period and then a second equally efficient caring lady came for the last period. Kim and Sue have a client for life. I cannot recommend CareSisters highly enough.
Excellent 24/7 care
Sue and her team have provided 24/7 care for my cousin (with dementia), in her own home, for nearly three years and I have never had any cause to feel anxiety over the provision of that care. I would recommend them most highly.
very conscientious
very conscientious. Care Sisters took over placing care for our parents when the previous agency withdrew. they are happy to step in and manage any issues which arise with the carers. This is important for us given we do not live nearby our parents
