Horrible service

Horrible service. We have ordered an iWalk for my mother considering she broke her foot. The delivery has still not arrived after 10 days and after continuous calls with them it has still not arrived. We have asked to be refunded however, they will not do it since they say it is still in delivery. We had paid for express delivery due to the urgency as she needs a walking aid. For being a website that provides medical devices, they do not prioritize their clients which I assume are all those who are in need. Highly do not recommend due to bad service.
