Upon arriving to the show room we were greeted by Simon. He was very helpful and once he understood our requirements pointed us in the right direction giving really useful advice as he explained the difference in the front doors we were looking for. We are extremely pleased with our door and have received many compliments. I have already recommended Carerawindows to friends and family.
On visiting the showroom we were welcomed by friendly, experienced staff who had excellent knowledge who gave us good advice. We are really pleased with our new front door which is of excellent quality and received an outstanding service by all staff.
Great team and really friendly, from start to finish they were brill. Had five windows changed, the team I had fit them were quick and efficient all done within a few hours. My windows actually look nice now will defo use them again!

Good work, turned up on time, fitted 3 windows and a door all on same day. No issues to note. My only critic was the bad language used by the 2 chaps, when outside talking to each other, they had quite loud voices and I could hear it from the house, I’m not a prude or particularly offended by bad language but they were working when children was passing the house going to school so a little embarrassing that this was from

The company gave a competitive quote, with a greater selection of windows than other companie I obtained quotes fromm when I wanted to replace my bedroom windows. They were efficient from survey to fitting replacing all four windows in a morning. They were tidy and respectful of my property. The quality of the windows is excellent with two adjustable vents for air circulation even when the windows are closed during colder periods I will have no hesitation in choosing Carera for future jobs.

After first having our front doors and windows replaced by Carera, we recently booked them in to replace our side and back doors along with the side and back windows. I have just had my windows and doors replaced by Carera Windows and am very impressed with them. Richard & Stephen were very professional and so quick - it only took 2 days to install them, as well as a back kitchen & garage door. They even re-affixed my roller blinds! I would not hesitate to recommend Carers Windows to anyone wanting a professional service at a competitive price. Well done!
They fitted a door three years ago, but in such a bad way that the brickwork broke off with the door.
I asked them to have a look, but they refuse to have even a look at it.
Very disappointing.!
Now I have to find a builder who will reset the door and repairs the bricks.
