Missing Product, No Company Response- Don't Trust

I had ordered previously without issue but this past time I ordered 8 weeks ago and haven't received my product. I have emailed them 6 times via email and their webpage and no response to any of it, which is highly suspect. I'm glad that I didn't make a larger order. I will not order from them again as they are obviously not trustworthy & have zero customer service.

Canadians beware they give you a US link then convert the finds and charge more for shipping. A $35 product is now $74 and they don’t care, it’s your fault for using the Canadian link they provide in an email addressed to Canadians saying it’s now available in Canada. Oh and they ship from Ontario. Very bad customer service !!!
