Paid for upgrade battery, but only got the standard one.

The scooter is great. I got my wife the EW-38 and bought her the canopy to go with it due to sun and skin issues. She loves the scooter. The canopy came in a resealed box with no assembly directions. I'm an engineer, but saw no way to install it. Numerous calls to Care Motion eventually had me call some technical guy who said he had no idea how it was installed and wished me luck. Efforts to return it went unanswered. Its been sitting out in the garage gathering dust -- what a waste of money.

The chair is everything what we hoped it would be, also the price at purchase was lower then what we expected to pay and delivery was on time.

I bought this scooter for my mom. We live in San Francisco and are surrounded by hills. This scooter is so powerful it easily zips up these hills with no problem. My mom is arthritic and has chronic back issues and she is so happy that she is able to get around the city now.

It seems to be a good product over all that small and get through the doorways really well with it the only drawback easy to tilt

We like how narrow they are to fit side by side in the truck bed.
We have'nt taken them any distance yet but think they will go where we need them to go with no problem.

Recieved item broken.... Have called, chatted and emailed several times... No solution as of yet. Needed to use for Christmas celebrations which now I could not attend. Still waiting for call back from manufacturer when it should have just been replaced.

Love Care Motion from the very first phone call all the way through delivery of my scooter. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful, and did their best to help me with questions i had concerning delivery. Would use them again if needed for any other products. We have already recommended Care Motion for a future client. Thank you Care Motion, I truly love my Phoenix HD 4 wheel scooter.

I am trying to do a return & exchange for a 3 wheeler, but I keep getting told they will call me right back & NEVER RECIEVE A CALL BACK!! Just keep getting the RUN-A-ROUND!!

I ran into a problem with the return. The scooter functioned really well but it was too large for my mom to operate in the elevator in her assisted living environment. I needed to exchange it for a smaller scooter, but the return would have been quite costly because the two scooters were from different manufacturers. Therefore, I would be charged a restocking fee. Your personnel were as helpful as they could be, but by the time I considered the restocking fee plus the return shipping charges, it was cost prohibitive to make the return.
