We have found that this service has given us peace of mind for my elderly mother. Everyone has been professional and kind and when things have gone wrong have done their best to sort things promptly. I spoke to Yvonne Szugeti today and she was kind and compassionate to our circumstances. I appreciated the confirmation email regarding the cancellation of using the the service too.

I was impressed by the care and attention taken by your staff when my Father lost his lanyard. Adam managed to arrange a replacement, a council employee to accompany the technician who delivered a replacement.

After searching online for a personal alarm service, I found that Careium had a good online presence and a good product. The setup to start the ball rolling was easy, and the completion of the care requirements document was clear and available online. The setup was followed by a phone consult, and everything is now in motion to have this installed and working by the end of the week. Denys Oleksiienko has been a lot of help with his careful information on the equipment and of the installation has been both helpful and informative. I look forward to a long, and safe contract with Careium.

Sophie Farrant was so reassuring, and explained everything I could possibly think of asking about the lifeline. I felt totally confident to buy, which is unlike me.
