Unhelpful customer service
Extremely disappointed with this experience. I placed order #CKDS01222191 and shortly after checkout realized an old address had auto-saved and applied to my shipment. I tried to fix it right away, before anything had shipped — but their system wouldn't let me edit it, and customer service wasn't any help either.
I called and was flat out told they couldn't cancel or change anything, even though the order hadn't shipped yet. I emailed too and got no response for days. By the time anyone got back to me, the order had already moved into shipping and is now headed to the wrong address.
The most frustrating part is that this was a five-minute fix if someone had just helped when I first reached out. Instead I got a copy-paste policy response and a shrug. Now I'm stuck disputing the charge with my bank because a company this size couldn't handle something this basic.
If you're ordering from Cherokee/Careismatic, double check your saved address before you hit purchase — because once it's in, don't expect any help fixing it.
