my wife and I totally enjoyed the ease of booking, the value and the beauty of our accommodations, all which made our getaway most enjoyable and carefree.

The check in process takes a very long time. The time we entered the premises to getting to our room was about 2-2.5 hrs.
The staff is incredible friendly! The grounds are beautiful. It is very expensive, as you can stay at just as nice places for much cheaper and all inclusive.

Our visit to the Vidanta Mayan Palace was absolutely wonderful. Our vacation was relaxing, lots of fun and we met a lot of nice people. The amenities at the resort are great and the food was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to coming back really soon.

I had my tropical dream com true because of Carefree Destinations. A fantasy come to life. They went above and beyond. Gorgeous luxury and a blissful experience. I have been recommending them to everyone!

My husband and I used Carefree Destinations for his bday trip in Rivera Maya Mexico Dec 2021 and I am so glad we did ! I spent countless hours searching the internet trying to find a Lux vacation on a modest budget. With carefree destinations my search was over! Our accommodations were top notch all the way ! I'm talking marble floors 2 balcony's fresh flowers in our room every day, jetted tub, 5 different pillows to choose from. Happy hour with amazing food and tropical drinks .The resort had so many restaurant's and activates we didn't want to leave. I will most definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future

Booking with carefree destinations was seamless and so easy. I was nervous in booking with them since I really didn’t know If I would have to sit through a presentation or hounded by sales people once I got to my destination. This was not the case at all. I landed, was greeted with tequila shots and shuttled to my hotel. The hotel was incredible and the staff was so professional and attentive. I have traveled the world and I have never received this kind of VIP treatment. This vacation was my favorite of them all. If I could give more than five stars I would. 10/10 recommend! You will not be disappointed.

The resort we stayed at was amazing. Great food, service and accommodations. Booking agent was easy to work with and we got it all for great price.

Good day - this resort was absolutely beautiful. It was immaculately clean - my entire party never felt safer. The amenities were awesome including the multiple pools and restaurants. Our junior suite was much more than we expected, plus the transportation system was very accommodating. We will definitely return. Atlanta, Ga. family
