Just like the other reviews: it took an extremely long amount of time to hear back from them to receive basic information about a course. The course has been then postponed 4 TIMES (from june to september). They claim this is for a high volume of applications, and the selection process taking long. But the application process was very superficial and I do not know how it could take so long to select people based on such little information. I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t do another course with them

Tried to contact them about their project management course and they sent me an email they had availability but then not willing to respond for over a month. I feedbacked to the job centre they should not recommend this company as they have zero interest to respond. I got a week response from Alfred and I chased several times since then and still nothing.

Really disappointed by the whole recruitment process.
Really unprofessional - do not follow up or respond to any emails. If you going to interview candidate, have the decency to follow up!

I put my CV online, looking for work. A few days later, I received a call from Idil Dalal from Career Tree. She asked me if I was interested in going to the University; at that moment, my response was uncertain, but I was curious to know what Career Tree was all about, so I agreed to meet her at the office in East Croydon and I have not looked back ever since. She found me a place at ARUL University and helped with my applications. I am grateful for her continued, endless support. I could not have done this without her.
I have just completed my first year. I also recommend a few friends, one of whom is about to complete her foundation and another three who are waiting to enrol and hopefully start Uni in September 2024.
I would recommend Career Tree to anyone because its team is fantastic. Once you are enrolled, the team's commitment to supporting you continues, which I like.
