Tutors and Mentors lecture you to work…
The coursework as other said is dated several not 7 yrs (mistyped) to be exact. That would not be a problematic for me if course material was more comprehensive. Mixed or no responses from tutors and mentors regard how much deviation from CF coursework required to understand coding. I would review "CF lessons"till I was blue in the face with no clarification for why they used stringify for chart rendering in meetup app project. Even React documentation (Facebook) does not recommend this approach. Tutors seem to have high turn over and low morale quit without notice for 6th time. Mentor I had was decent still low morale and we have staring matches rather than solve problems. If Career foundry is reviewing this what is your value proposition? If you were doing Recharts programing for Meetup app project why does your approach not work and yet you "pass" my code? I will kindly reconsider CF if they can explain yourselves better. My advise buy all coding books you can find or use Udemy they are more helpful than this company. Please note they did not explain why code went wrong 😑 just generic advice red flag. they want money on time not the help.

Useless customer service
I’ve been enrolled with Career Foundry for over a month. While I enjoy the course itself, their customer service is appalling. My second payment hasn’t gone through despite my bank confirming my details are correct. I reported this on day one, and have messaged them everyday about it, yet no one will contact me directly, only automated emails telling me to “update my bank details.” My account has been frozen, leaving me locked out of the course for six days now and counting. Considering the high cost of enrolment, this is incredibly frustrating and I'm disappointed with the platform.

Why I Recommend CareerFoundry for Aspiring Developers!
I had a great experience completing the Full Stack Web Development program at CareerFoundry. The flexible timeline and experienced mentors provided invaluable guidance whenever I got stuck. Beyond coding, the Job Prep module with Career Specialists and Advisors, plus the supportive community for networking and job leads, made a real difference. Another great feature is the option to switch or withdraw within a set timeframe. I highly recommend CareerFoundry as a strong option for aspiring developers.
VERY BAD
My experience with this school has been extremely frustrating. From the beginning, I was enrolled in the wrong course, and despite clarifying multiple times which course I actually wanted, they kept me in the wrong course for over a week without correcting it.
Additionally, my course was interrupted for more than a week due to issues the school did not resolve. Even when I provided the solution myself, which took only a few minutes, they did not implement it promptly. Since yesterday, I have had no access to the educational platform, preventing me from continuing my classes.
When I tried to communicate and seek help, instead of support, I was accused of being disrespectful while reporting the facts. The communication was never difficult; in fact, I was repeatedly misunderstood. I lost 10 days of time going back and forth, also losing valuable learning time. This lack of professionalism and support caused me significant stress and demotivation, making me question the school’s ability to provide quality education.
According to numerous reviews on Trustpilot and Google, this appears to be a common experience: the focus seems to be on collecting money rather than genuinely teaching or supporting students.
In short, I would not recommend this school to anyone seeking a serious, organized course with proper support. Their response attempts to blame me instead of being accountable for their poor actions and treatment since enrollment, including forcing me to register for another course I did not want, despite informing them multiple times that I only wanted the course I chose.

Crap
This is a total scam. Although there is a course outline, I chose daya analytics, it's impossible to learn anything. The content goes from total beginner to experienced in only a very few lessons. Of course, the tasks need to be completed within a deadline, so there's no time even to understand what you're doing. I didn't get funding, so I'm paying it myself. For the amount of money, I didn't get access to Excel, which is a must, and you can't use Google Sheets. I found out that for other people, this was included. Same with the calls, I had limited calls with my mentor, and if I wanted more, I would have needed to pay extra.
People who got it sponsored by the employment agency in Germany got the certificate after completing 2 courses. For the self-payers like me, I need to complete an extra course, "specialization", before I can get the certificate. The specialization course is a total crap!!!! I've completed 4 tasks so far and all of them are about installing programs in your computer. I'm learning nothing, I'm wasting my time because the instructions are so poor that I have to find other resources myself, and I'm also filling my laptop with crap I'll never use again.

CareerFoundry is a Scam: 15 Emails Ignored, Refund Denied Even After 100% Compliance, Leadership Silent
I want every future student to know exactly what kind of company CareerFoundry really is. I completed 100% of the coursework, had all four portfolio projects approved, and kept a six-month documented job search with biweekly check-ins. Despite this, my refund request was denied with made-up excuses that don’t exist anywhere in their Terms and Conditions.
And the silence starts right from the top. I sent 15 emails directly to, the Director of CareerFoundry, and he miserably failed to even acknowledge a single one. This is the kind of “leadership” running the company silence, avoidance, and zero accountability. If the director ignores students, it’s no surprise that employees follow the same culture.
What I Did – Fully Documented and unjust denial:
• Full compliance ignored: I finished every requirement coursework, projects, and job search with no red flags raised at any point.
• Made-up rules: The denial was based on a false claim of a “broken” Tableau link and a random “hosting requirement” that was never in the Terms, never taught, and never communicated.
• Contradictions: If my portfolio was supposedly non-compliant, why did it pass two full reviews, even with visible typos, and why was I never flagged during the program?
• Mentorship failure: I asked repeatedly for guidance on refund documentation midway through, and was ignored — only to be penalized later for the very clarity I requested.
• Retroactive standards: Even my job tracker, which wasn’t required when I enrolled but which I maintained anyway, was suddenly used against me at the end.
Let’s be clear:
• The program advisor, spammed me with calls and emails until I enrolled. Once I paid, she went silent and never responded when I needed help.
• They gave vague, empty responses when I asked about documentation, refusing to state what was actually required.
• They showed up later with fabricated nonsense, claiming my portfolio needed to be hosted on some random platform that was never in the Terms, never taught in the program, never mentioned by any mentor or anyone.
• My career specialist acknowledged my efforts and stated that the denial was unfair, especially since I had gone above and beyond the required criteria, even though this fact has not been taken into consideration.
This isn’t education. This is a scam business model: lure students with “job guarantee” and “refund promise,” then hide behind silence, invented rules, and cowardly leadership when it’s time to honor the policy.
A director who cannot acknowledge 15 emails sets the tone for a company built on deceit and silence.
Future students: Do not enroll. Save yourself. CareerFoundry will take your money, waste your time, and then slam the door shut when you hold them accountable. I have full documentation emails, approvals, and proof and will share it with anyone who asks.
CareerFoundry does not honor its promises. Period.
Really, CareerFoundry — do you even care? The Managing Director ignored every single one of my 15 emails, and yet your response pretends there’s transparency and fairness. You denied a fully compliant refund using rules that don’t exist in your Terms & Conditions, while leadership stayed completely silent.
Your corporate spin about “most students being happy” is meaningless when your own leadership demonstrates zero accountability or integrity. Empty apologies don’t fix broken promises, retroactive standards, or the fact that students are dismissed when they hold you to your word.
Future students: if you value your time, money, and career, think twice before enrolling. CareerFoundry’s so-called “Satisfaction Guarantee” is a marketing promise, not reality.

Money Rip Off!
In the past i did the product management course on careerfoundry.
Let me start from the beginning. I was looking for a careertraining during my time beeing jobless. So i conntacted them what i have to do etc.
The next thing that happened was that they were really really engaged that i get the confirmation by the Agentur für Arbeit for the course. Meaning they called me, emailed me a lot of times. I thought, oh man this is really nice they have to be really active and professional. But no this was the last time they were conntacting me that frequently. As soon as i got the confirmation it got a lot less but i mean i just wanted to do my course and i was fine with that.
Okay so i started the course. The content you get is just a loooot of text. You will not get any detailled explanations how to work with software etc, just "here is your task, solve it in this software". Yeah but i got no explanation at all. This would have been the only important software skills they could have teached, but they didnt, i guess because of the rights. They would have needed to pay the software companies. So yes all of this course is just bullshit reading, with information you would have learned easily during a real job. Mainly because every company has a different way what a productmanager does.
Of course you will learn stuff and of course there is a guy you will never meet online who will correct your tasks.
But there is NO way this is worth 7000 dollar. normally i would not mind but they really dont have much cost beside paying a Mentor(Which will not engage to you, and a guy who i guess corrects your tasks with AI). The texts are outdated, you can find graphs in the teaching material that were written back in 2022. Sorry but thats all they really provide, it should get updated each year.
But again normally i wouldnt mind because it is free for me, but in the end it is payed by the german population. Other people are working for that money the Agentur für Arbeit is spending on this courses. And thats a lot of Money.
So i think these courses are just a crazy money machine and thats so bad because the German people pay for this with their tax.
So summarized: The tasks of a product manager are changing from company to company by a lot. This course will teach you some basics but you really really do not need 3 Month for this. 80% is completely unnecessary. Just do a basic course on udemy or something. GO TO ANOTHER SCHOOL maybe they are better.

Well structured, easy to work with and great support!
I joined CareerFoundry's UI Design course in May and I am a huge fan of it so far. You can work on the materials in your own time and everything is split into bite sized chunks you can easily digest and work on. Getting individual feedback from your tutor and mentor also helps to improve quickly and really motivates me personally. Overall, I really recommend this course!
Great Experience
Good guidance from Mentor and good response from Tutor

Career Foundry is one of the best boots camps, it's hand's on project base learning, very supportive and help full institute, I am still learning and recommend this is one of best boots camp for learning computer science.
Don't know what I would've done without it
I didn't even know UX Design was a thing before joining CareerFoundry, and now 6 months in its about to be my new career and I'm so excited! The projects were informative with guidance on the lessons and plenty of articles and examples to follow. Whenever I got stuck, my mentor and tutor were there to help. I feel like I found where I belong
Good course
I do the product management course. The structure of the course is very clear. Every exercise includes the theoretical part and than you have to work on a project. I think it is good to have also the practical approach but I would prefer that every student works on his or her own project and not the every student works on the same project. There is a lot to read and I would prefer personally a little bit more video content or sometimes a live class or a discussion with an expert in between. Over all I think it is a good learning experience and I hope it will help me to get a job soon.
I really appreciate the amount of…
I really appreciate the amount of support that I’m getting from my tutor and my mentor. Having weekly calls with my mentor has been such a guiding light and such a supportive reinforcement when I’m feeling confused or overwhelmed.
I’m so excited!
I’m having so much fun in my learning process. The course is complete and it exceeded my expectations :)
Well-structured training
I'm half way through of my Product Management training course and really enjoy it! Training modules are well structured and through the practical tasks for each module it really makes the learnings stick.
Each task is swiftly reviewed by a tutor and for the final tasks in each module (there's four) a mentor is giving you helpful feedback. Tasks do require time so one needs to be organized to make this happen.
Digital Marketing
To be honest, I was a bit skeptical in the beginning. This course isn’t like traditional learning — there are no live classes or daily lectures. Instead, you’re mostly working independently, going through lessons on your own, reading, researching, and completing tasks one by one.
Yes, you do have a mentor and a tutor, and they’re helpful when you need support or feedback. But still, you’re responsible for your daily progress, which can feel both empowering and overwhelming.
Before I enrolled, I read some reviews saying the course is “too easy” or “boring.” Personally, as someone who doesn’t come from an IT or digital background, I wouldn’t call it easy. It’s actually challenging in a good way — it pushes you to think, apply what you learn, and complete real projects.
I got stuck on 2 or 3 tasks and even felt frustrated at times. But I managed to push through, and that gave me more confidence. It’s definitely not impossible to understand, but you have to be self-disciplined and motivated.
Right now, I’m in the middle of the course, so I’m still not 100% sure if it will be worth it in the end. I’m especially curious about the job coaching phase, which starts once you complete 51% of the course.
For context, I’m based in Berlin, and my goal is to find a job in digital marketing. So far, things are going well. The course content is satisfying, and I’ve already started to take on some freelance jobs for people around me — which is a great sign that I’m learning useful skills.
Analyst course great!
I'm doing the Data Analyst course. Super interesting so far. Everyone is available to help. Got my laptop in days after registering. Lots of communication from all relevant parties.
Career Foundry Prodcut Manager Course
I've been taking the Product Management course at CareerFoundry for a month now, and so far, it's been a great experience. As someone transitioning into the tech industry, it was important for me to find a course that offered high-quality content, flexibility, and a strong practical approach—and CareerFoundry delivers that.
After researching several academies, I chose CareerFoundry because of its well-rounded structure. I really appreciate the combination of digestible theory with immersive, hands-on learning through assignments, case studies, and real-world tasks. What stands out the most is the human element added to the e-learning experience. Having a tutor to review my work and provide personalized feedback, along with regular check-ins with a mentor, adds an essential layer of accountability that’s often missing in self-paced online learning.
So far, I’m very satisfied with the course, the platform, and the overall experience.
Super recommended!!
Supportive, flexible, and empowering!
CareerFoundry has been a game-changer in my transition into Product Management. The course structure is clear, the mentorship is incredibly helpful, and the flexibility makes it easy to balance with other commitments. I’ve felt supported every step of the way—and I’m gaining real, practical skills I can use in the field.
I feel like I have learned a lot but I…
I feel like I have learned a lot but I wish there was a way for our mentors to be more involved throughout the lessons instead of just reviewing assignments. I also haven't went through the career acquiring portion of the course so we'll have to wait and see how that will go.
