I was warned against spending this much money on career help. I wish I had listened. Resume rewrite and other services were poor quality and not to current standards. The reverse recruiting through sales navigator was the main service worth paying for, however, the actual value would be ~ $300. Lots of hype, but disappointingly short on the deliverables. These are my genuine feelings after being "sold" false hope at a sadly expensive price at a time when I desperately needed help to find a new career. I only "ascended" in my own stupidity in trusting others. I apologize for the raw honesty. I feel sensitive to others who may be feeling desperate in their career transition. I weighed whether or not to say something, and warning others is solidly on the side of the greater good in this case.

I loved the resume packages. The branding session was very eye opening and I think I will be able to negotiate for a better salary.

Unresponsive Customer Service

I contacted Career5 about a query regarding incorrect displayed about me, using their preferred input message channel. Despite sending a follow-up message, I have yet to receive a response after more than two weeks.

This experience contrasts sharply with the prompt response from affiliated service providers, all of whom responded within 3 working days, and referred me to Career5 as the most effective and helpful source. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience, and I am now left with no choice but to accept the discrepancy.

Very helpful information regarding how to set up my resume, how to find and contact recruiters, and general ideas on how to best present yourself for potential jobs.

I tried the traditional methods of looking for a role when I graduated from college and was getting little traction.  I was moving to D.C., making it much more complex. Within 2 weeks of using the EXPEDITE program, I landed a job at one of the largest construction firms in the DMV area. I will definitely use them again. Worth it!

Because of her help and encouragement, I ended up getting my dream job in the IT field and moving to DC. In a job market that has become increasingly more complex, I recommend going to Career5 to gain the skills and tools you need to find success.

I worked with Career5 to reverse recruit me into a new leadership position and they successfully did this for me within 8 week! But even more amazing (and practical) was the branding and networking work that they did-to set me up for future opportunities. I highly recommend them.

Speaking with Aimee for a pivot session really helped me to see what career paths are open to me, and she had insight I would not have been able to gain on my own. The best part about my experience was the personal effort Aimee made to make my job hunt go as smoothly and quickly as possible. She really cares about her clients and goes the extra mile, often without additional charges. I recommend the accelerated networking service...I met people (and friend of theirs) who were invaluable resources in my job search. I even got introduced to someone who offered me a full-time consulting job! (Unfortunately he lost the contract.) Career 5 is a great choice to help you redo your resume, start networking, and land that perfect job. Can't recommend them highly enough!!!
