I called up your customer service and requested 2 new batteries for my scooter, they told me my nearest branch was in Bournemouth so today. I drove from Newport in South Wales to Bournemouth a 200 mile round-trip To collect my batteries. The lady in the shop was quite surprised that. I had come from Newport in South Wales to inform me there was one in Cardiff 12 miles and 1 in Bristol 20 miles away from my home I could not believe this anyway Anyway, I ask the lady could I have 2 batteries the model number of the batteries was
ms 07010008 And the price was a £134.99 each When I spoke to somebody in customer services they told me they were a £176 for the 2. I did not purchase them I did not have enough cash to pay for them and I am disgusted with the outcome of my day I have wasted a full day and the cost of the fuel 35 pounds. I believe this company needs to train their staff more professionally.When I spoke to the customer services they could not understand me correctly I had great difficulty to sort this out After getting the postcode from the customer services. I decided to go to Bournemouth today. The lady in the Bournemouth branch was very sorry that this had a happened cheap was a very professional and helpful lady offering me tmvlcl biscuits after I had just traveled for hours to get these batteries the ladies name was Fude.

Ordered a recliner chair for my dad, it didn't turn up in the two weeks specified time scale... suddenly my father passed away, so I cancelled the chair....having advise the company the importance of the refund due to needing to close my father's account 20 days later I'm still waiting for a full refund. Apparently they can't pick up a phone to call accounts internal communication is only via slow emails ! My last call was 6 days ago they haven't bothered to call me back...considering the circumstances and the stress of dealing and loosing a parent you'd like to think especially being in the sector of supplying elderly aids they would of refunded in days instead of holding onto the refund and delaying the closure of my father's account...I'm more than appalled of the disatisftory level of customer service....never would I entertain using this company again.. ive a hundred things to sort chasing careco shouldn't even be on that list. Thanks csreco customer service for the added stress and delaying the refund...

Do not purchase their £2500 power chairs pros. They are dangerous and the breaks are faulty! my mom has a fault on hers after only 7 months it’s still in warranty and careco couldn’t care less now they have had their £2500 they wouldn’t even give me their CEO email address, when I asked why not the unhelpful staff member said I don’t have a reason it’s not my job to give it to you.
They will not accept the faulty chair back and want my mom to pay an £80 charge to have someone come look at it despite it being under warranty still!
There is clearly a major fault on the chair as others are reporting it here
The power chair is a death trap my poor disabled mom almost ended up in a lake because the breaks failed she was hanging on to railings for her dear life hanging out of this death trap of a chair!!! If it wasn’t for a member of public that helped me my mom would have been in the lake and I’d be suing this company for CORPORATE MANSLAUGHTER!!!
These chairs are not fit for purpose!
Care Co I will not stop till my mom gets a refund and the whole nation knows how DANGEROUS your powered wheelchairs are!
Do not even bother replying to this review like you have others I am not interested in communication with you any further after I was fobbed off on the phone.
Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful service. I am taking this further and way out of the companies hands. I also suggest anyone else does the same.

This company has no regard for the wellbeing of disabled people. I reported my supposedly brand new powerchair broken and dangerous over a month ago, and still it has not been resolved. They know my life is severely limited without my wheelchair and that I am stranded at home, but they do not care. They wouldn't even send out a courtesy wheelchair while my faulty one is still unuseable. They sent out several technicians, the first was not trained in electric wheelchairs, and the second was an independent one-man company who was amazing, but CareCo sent out fault, rusty, filthy parts covered in HUMAN HAIR, so obviously he couldn't fit these. They won't just replace it, and they say they can't give me any kind of estimate of how long resolving the issue will take, despite me reminding them that this is seriously negatively effecting my health and wellbeing and putting my life on hold.
This product is within warranty, less than 6 months since purchase, and under an insurance policy I purchased from CareCo along with the wheelchair.
It is really depressing and this has had a huge detrimental effect on my life, and broken any trust I had in them. So disappointing. £2000 for a dangerous product and no adequate support.

Ordered a new riser recliner just after the new store in Exeter opened & was quoted 8 to 12 weeks. Had to pay for two man delivery as there is one step down onto our path then one up in the house.
When the couriers eventually arrived at the end of April it was found that they had delivered our chair to the previous customer so had to return to exchange it. This was at EIGHT O’Clock in the evening.
The chair has always had a metallic ‘clicking’ sound in operation which has gotten worse. So I have telephoned CareCo only tone to be told I had to pay £60 inspection fee. This would be refunded if it was proven to be a manufacturing fault, who can prove that after 7 months? I will not pay them for this & will take advice from my local Consumer Advice centres.
Only say that CareCo should say DON’T CARECO!
