Wouldn’t use company again
The cleaning girl was late. I was informed of this via email. I did not check my emails (and I was not informed that I should) so I didn’t know anything. The company had my phone number, but somehow didn’t contact me via telephone and also didn’t give my number to the girl before her shift. When I found the email saying the girl couldn’t find my house they asked me for my phone number again so the girl could communicate with me. I had to drop my location via WhatsApp for the girl to find my house. I booked cleaning for 3hrs. We started 20min late. The girl, as much as she was lovely, she was young and definitely did not know how to clean properly. I am talking about a basic clean, not a deep clean. I was in the house when the cleaning took place, so I could help her and direct her on everything but it was not the professional I thought I was paying for.
