I left chipper cash to join Cardtonic , I was surprised that Cardtonic gave me a virtual dollar card few minutes after joining them while I was still waiting for chipper cash to verify my info after 24 long waiting hours , so far I would say Cardtonic is the best and I hope it stays that way
