Company is in the wind. Down a lot of money as my order hasn;t shown up and the phones are disconnected. Avid.
Shocking and Unacceptable business practice. On 31st of October 2017 I had confirmation ( and paid for ) a next day order to my business. My order arrived short of all items ordered. After being given excuses over the phone and waited patiently for the remaining items on my paid order, I still have no resolution and am owed money/products from Cards & Crazes. I have sent emails with zero response from this company's offices and their phone number no longer works. I would strongly advise any prospective customers to steer clear of any business dealings with this company.
I can only recommend that you not, ever, under any circumstances, use this company to place an order with. On 4th October I placed an order and despite promising fast shipping (next day) the product has not arrived and still shows 'order processing' on my account page. The company have confirmed this to be the case via Facebook message as they simply do not respond to email messages.
When I complained that it had taken a month and the order was still not shopped, a director promised, again via Facebook message as no email response, that they would issue the refund as soon as they got into the office. I chased this the following day, and still no sign of my money returned. I am now holding in my hand my bank account records and surprise, surprise, still no refund. Remember, this is an order placed on 6th October with next day delivery.
I don't think I'm ever going to see my money returned - especially as the company reads my Facebook messages - which are blunt but certainly not aggressive - but now are not responding to them either.
This post is my way of trying to make sure other people avoid using them, because, frankly, they are clearly utterly useless and I now believe they have stolen my money.
All I want is my money back from an order the company admit they haven't shipped. This isn't an unfair or difficult request.
I threatened to get Trading Standards involved but this hasn't budged them either. So, now, I'm forced to go the Small Claims Court route. Return my money and I won't take any action.
I have screenshot evidence to back up every single thing I've said in this post.
Phonelines down, waiting to pay, not very happy - lack of communication. Don't know if my expensive order will arrive or not. Social Media 3 years old.
Poor experience.. only reason I'm not rating lower is that they might be suffering serious technical problems... but that was over a week ago.
Always very helpful great communication products at great prices but always expect the delays other than that very pleased with the service at Cards & Crazes would recommend but you have to be a patient person
Update: still waiting on products to come unable to get through to customer service due to lines being engaged no update on order almost 1 month since "expected delivery" meaning they've breached T&Cs by United Kingdom Law
