I see other people have been scammed by this company too. I decided not to continue with TherapyNotes after a free trial. Little did I know they kept my account open, and didn’t cancel Card Pointe either. They were charging me for months because I didn’t fill out their stupid survey which I didn’t think was relevant since I HAD CANCELLED my TherapyNotes account, or so I thought. They charged me over $400 before I figured it out! It was a nightmare trying to figure it out and they refused to refund me more than a few months. The EHR I use now uses Stripe and there was none of this nonsense. Don’t use TherapyNotes or Card Pointe!

Cardpointe is a scam

Cardpointe is a scam. Do not use. They have been changing me a "Non compliace" charge for months. (My bad I thought it was something else because the name on the charge had NOTHING to do with Cardpointe or therapynotes.) They have refused to refund or credit the account stating that it is a valid change since it was stated in the contract (on page 300 something...). Customer service is non-existant. I asked to speak to a manager, but there were "none available". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Incredibility poor customer service

Incredibility poor customer service. Will transfer multiple times without answering questions correctly. Having to reverify and reverify to talk to their employees and continuously put on hold. Charged $1400 in fees over a period of several years, despite having cancelled services. Pick any other business, these are the worst of all the processors.

CardPointe provides terrible customer…

CardPointe provides terrible customer service. They only have one rep is is any good and her name is Mary Sweeney.

Brian Flock is their sales rep and he will flat out lie to you and he promises that everything will be wonderful and then everything is horrible.

If you are a business owner and love frustration then this is your company. However, if you like proper customer support then I would suggest trying one of the many other options.

DO NOT USE! They have awful customer service, they say it takes them 30 days to close an account- to make sure they get an extra month or two of services fees into them! NOT WORTH IT

Cardpointe is charging me 3.3% fee to…

Cardpointe is charging me 3.3% fee to process each credit card plus a $10 month platform fee plus a $49.99 month for something called Total Debit Network Fee. Fees are very high and seem unreasonable.

Scammers

Scammers. I canceled my account so I would not get charged a certain fee. 3 weeks later my account is charged even after I had not been with them for 3 weeks. They are not answering my calls and keep giving me the run-around. Their “managers” aren’t there when I ask to speak with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Plenty of other good merchants to go with. Very disappointed after being treated like this after being a loyal customer for 2+ years.

Nightmare support, refusal to escalate call after missing $9,000 in transactions…

Missing money and dealing with the worst customer support. Being transferred between departments. The device took my $9,000 in transactions and has not deposited in my account. I am calling in and clover keeps telling me that I need to speak to cardpointe. Cardpointe tells me I need to talk to clover.. save yourself from this headache and just avoid cardpointe all together
