First class service from Eric, everything he said he would do for us he did from setting the machine up to sorting out the return of our old terminal . I have called upon his service quite a few times since and with no hesitation he has helped us out .

Good honest service, James outlined everything clearly, I was wanting to have the service switched over quickly as cardpay365 we’re saving me around £200 per month, James ensured a speedy set up and 6 days after my first meeting the terminal had arrived and was installed by James.

Uncomplicated Company to deal with and the Rep, Steve was spot on. We get our money same day and cheaper than our previous supplier. Win, win! Thing I like most about these guys is that unlike our previous Payment “no”Sense, were not getting charged for stuff we didn’t sign for!

I’ve been in business for a long time and always been cash only. Fearful of change, high rates and “cowboys” but then Steve came into my Shop one day and was the complete professional. I signed up, with Steve’s help and CardPay365 have been everything and more that Steve promised.

I get my money same day, as promised, the rates are great AND I’ve seen an uplift in spending, just as Steve said.

I can’t speak highly enough of these people and Steve has the patience of a Saint...highly recommended!!!!

I am so glad somebody recommend Paul. I was with another company that was fleecing me left right & center. Paul has has given me a better deal with no hidden costs not like the other company. Paul is profesional and personal and has restored my trust in the Credit Card business. It is so refreshing to find someone that is accessible to answer any queries, anytime and even though I have only known Paul a short period of time I consider him a friend. As a small independent company having somebody so accessable and so honest and ready with his expertise to gide you is priceless to the business and also to me personally. Eric is a card machine legend, this guy goes beyond 100% he couldn't do enough to make sure changing my card machine was a smooth and easy process the new card machine arrived as promised and is already saving me money. Another bonus is I receive my money the same day I take it (my old provider took at least 4 working days)
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eric and CardPay365 to anybody

Used Paul from the Cardpay in Anglesey.

We met up for a chat and discussed my needs as well as how the whole thing worked.

I'm only a small business but I found the fees very reasonable and Paul's knowledge and understanding was very reassuring.

Nothing was too much trouble and I was assured the whole step of the way about how it was progressing via emails, calls and texts, whatever worked for me.

I'd happily recommend Cardpay to business friends but above all I'd recommend Paul as he has been excellent. A very driven individual, but awful dress sense Haha!

I'm always dubious about traders walking through my gallery door, and when Paul came through the door I immediately said I was not interested in anything he had to sell, but after a really polite 'no problems at all' we just got chatting & finally I gave him time to show me figures! As it happens he is saving me loads of commission and I have funds from transactions in my account straight away! That's a massive bonus over other card retailers hogging OUR money for up to a week.

Paul is so attentive, so helpful, so polite and nothing is too much trouble. I'm very glad he walked through the door that day.
