Card One Money Reviews 

RIDICULOUS BANK, I can’t find a better word, 23rd of December my account was under review and till date it is with no further comment or information, yet, they took £12.5 from my money while the account is under review, they only care about their fees and not customer satisfaction.

I called every single time to get help from this guys and no one is able to respond to me. The customer service is absolutely nonsense.

Reviewing an account for over a month with less than 5 transaction. I regret opening this bank and would not recommend.

My anxiety level is high because I can’t just do anything to help myself, no gas and all my money is in this account as my salary is paid in this account.

Got a phone call from a representative of cardone today informing me that my account would be closed with immediate effect. With no explanation as to why other than “this was a business decision” I can’t say I am to bothered by the decision as the company is the worst I have dealt with out of any business banking.

I wouldn’t be writing this review if I would have had a cooling of period or notice of closure as other banks sometimes offer.

Every time you want to send a same day card payment it will cost you £7.50 if you want to send next working day it’s £0.30 as long as it’s before 3:00pm otherwise you our waiting 2 business days. You also have a daily limit of £2,000.00 if you need to make a business purchase over this amount it’s not possible by card your payment will decline.

No matter how much money you have in your account if you are making a purchase by card you will need top up your card from your bank funds in bank and card are separate once you send the funds to the card there is no way of moving this back to the bank account.

You have a yearly purchase limit of 200k available anything over this your card will simply not work.

To log into the app you need to set a password and have 5 answers set up to random question once you have entered the information you will then be sent a passcode to your phone. If you don’t have your phone forget about logging in it’s not possible without the password memorable word and a passcode sent to your phone.

Expensive or what. for same day online transfer by Faster Payment system is £7.50 a time (suits me card is £1.09)
The limits on the card are low £50,000 over a year.
